Ultimate Fighting Championship (Xbox 360, PS3)

Yeah it's that one 'Copy Fighter Data'. You'll have to do the attributes again though as you don't have as many points.
 
There's a difference between Career mode and Create a fighter.

If you wanna do a career, choose it and select New fighter as you mentioned, and that's your career guy. You can't use the fighter you created in the Create a fighter-section, I don't think. They're two different things.

Hopefully we will get Joe, Jay, Bitter and Gab in the tournament as well :)

These disconnects are really pissing me off now. Have just had 3 matches in a row that have been close battles and I've eventually won by submission or knockout only for them not to count because the bastards disconnect. Why bother playing ranked matches if this happens all the time.

i won't be playing online ranked matches till this is fixed.

Do unranked matches count on your score?

I guess if they do people would quit on that as well
 
So frustrating, I'm rank 5 now so getting quite a few tough matches. I've spent about 2 hours this morning for absolutely nothing.

BTW any PS3 players out there fancy a match? I'm done with playing randoms.

Pity you don't have a 360, a Derby vs Forest battle would be on the cards

There would be no going to the ground in that fight that's for sure, i would be looking for the KO ;)

Got the game today, when I get my brothers extra copy I'll be heading back to gamestation with it to return it with my other recipt in the 10 days. But anyway... played an unranked match against my brother. It was alright but we were heavyweights and i didn't like the feel of them after playing the demo like mad. It's all super man punches and thrust kicks.

He beat me via KO (I didn't notice any points or fans or anything being added for it. Then i did a quick ranked match, i picked some guy at random and then spotted my overall was 84 and the other guys was 91. Oh poo. As soon as the match started he sprinted at me and started spamming punches and head kicks - the lag made it near impossible to get the timing right to catch the attacks and counter so i ended up changing my play to go for take downs as he punched. In round 3 i had him on NO stamina at all whuile i had half a bar, i took him down 4 times in that round and applied a submission and EVERY time he got out of it!

I have no idea what i was doing wrong, i tried rotating the stick on 2 and hammering the buttons on the other 2 just in case that was the problem. I'm guessing my stats for submission were low and his for defending them were high but still, with no stamina left surely you'd be tapping out right away?

So so far I'm 0 wins 1 loss and need to play some exhibition games and career games to get used to the different classes. At the moment if I'm not Shogun i feel lost.

As soon as the little one falls asleep for her nap I'll be online so I'll have you some unranked games then. she usually sleeps either from 12 - 3 or 3 - 6.
 
i would like to join the tournament coopz, but would all depend on when and what time, currently not had allot of time to put into this game, so i would probably get my assed kicked by most, but that doesn't bother me as i would probably still enjoy it, the sick bastard that i am.

But as you know my baby is due any time now, so finding the time might be difficult, but possibly maybe i can be a late entry dependent on when you decide to start it

I heard in UFC 97 that one of the fighters trains in Liverpool with a couple of other fighters, you'd think Liverpool would be included.
 
I think one of the UFC 97 fighters was training with him in Liverpool, yep.

Yeah its nothing too serious anyway, just a laugh to see who can claim to be the best UFC fighter on Evo-Web for a bit :LOL:
 
I don't mind playing some of you Evo-friends from time to time either. Gonna get the game today or tomorrow and then just gimme a bit of time to get used to the game. But you guys say the lag is really bad? :/

Yeah I'm up for some fights. Me and Mj were playing this afternoon and it was great stuff. We had 1 match cut off before anything could get going due to server problems and i think we had 1 match go slightly laggy at the start and then it cleared up. Other than that we had something like 8 or 9 matches and not a single problem.
