You can translate it by yourself, using Google translate. What matters is the clear content of the original version of the guide.
 
Yes i know @H_G and i rarely ask about something, but it's impossible to found the PES5 jap pdf guide and it seems Diego won't share it (i suppose it's an original and he got to take photo or scans).
I searched almost an hour and half. No translation needed, but if it's the only way to get access to the booklet is to wait for Diego then...
No choice.
