just downloaded pes 2012, applied some "gameplay fixer" and still AI cheats like crazy making it unplayable

For Jenkey gameplay tool scroll down the .exe you want to use but don't ATTACH it. Play directly from pes2012gameplay.exe.

Found this video online what you guys think , he claims pes 2011 with that jenkey tool is the most realistic simulator
Try the gameplay patchs here (I think there's a problem with yair25 gp).

Thank you for sharing , I will try and see , but I just remembered I tried like 2 years ago to install a gameplay tool on my pes 2011 but it didn't work with NO DVD version of pes 2011

Add the tool as an exclusion in your antivirus
Copy all files to PES2011 installed folder (KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2011)
- Run "Gameplay tool - config.exe" for configuration
- Use "Animation boost" feature for better responce ingame & better DF system (COM will block your through pass...)
- Try YairRC1 + Active AI
- Don't forget : Save config
- Play game via "Gameplay tool - run.exe"

i was even thinking of going back to pes 13 because some things of pes 12 looked kind of "work in progress", "still bugged"
like the player "freezing and keep walking" after you tried shot + cancel
some years ago i played two years of a ML in pes 13, with a brazilian patch and it was fun, even though got repetitive after a while
in the past the master league that i played more was in pes 2012. Something like 5 seasons, with shimizu being best player in the world lol

Can u try to super cancel a shot in PES 2012 ? □ + R1+R2
I think the player doesn't respond to the command.
(For the Jenkey tool, check remove IA cheat and set the IA level)

i will try the super cancel vs the shot cancel out later
to me the biggest problem its the AI cheating on dribbling, while its fun and realistic that you can only stop skillfull players with more than 1 guy, even crappy dribblers go past you with ease because of the input read probably
i will play some more games with the fixes that u sended me and post the review, thx
I tried both Jenkey tool and Yair gameplay patchs and there's (IMO) a big reduce in IA cheat

since my major disappointment with what they did with the pes 2020 demo, ive been in a crusade in the search for the perfect game lol

"Only version 1.03 NoDVD is supported " every time I try to change a setting in Gameplay tool this message appears . It was same the thing 2 year ago .

Anyway, for me it's not a matter of perfection so much as the best I can get, considering both my limited skills and my knack for editing until I get the teams I want in the game. I managed to strike this balance with PES 5 (see previous page), despite how brutal the AI's defense is - 6 was much more enjoyable for me, but the Bundesliga's dickery forbidding Konami putting Bayern in its own league became a turnoff for me.

Didn't read as i know more or less the story, and kinda study stats since PES 4 when they changed their system, and a bit but less on PES 1 to 3.
"With PES 2015 started the debacle" is totally right.
Because they took, on Pesfan website, tons of Data Editor who doesn't even know how to rate stats. Every Data editor got 4 teams assigned.
Just that there were too much team for PES small database teams to handle.
But FFS why they didn't bring back real scouts/people with aknowledge instead of 15 years old guys who wanted to get their monthly pair of shoes? (Because of money of course)
The recruitment was catastrophic.
Only until PES 2019 and most PES 2020 that they made a selection of the best Editor and say goodbye to the worst editors. The time to found new editor, the others good ones got 3 times more works lol, but more money too, expensively.
From my ex-teamate who built Serie B and some teams of A on 2020, and became the boss for all stats for Serie A on PES 2021 and supervising Serie B.
He also told me that the worst editors where the ones who created French League... French Editor. Except that, he knowed a bit the guys doing Manchester and one doing Real.
For bigger teams, they got an exact overall to respect, and the sets of stats sent for example for CR7 got changed by Konami, like several other players. So now they retouch it a bit in intern. They still continue to work with OPTA Stats, but it's not like it was before.
Before PES 2015, all was done in intern, by Konami guys who exactly knows how stats worked and were linked togheter.
We can say : PES 2015 got the worst database ever in a football game, not even in a PES. Plenty of errors. I've made a list a that time, there were at least 8 errors. Then more when they added stats lol.
EDIT / Now since PES 2021 and more EF2022, they got a good database finally, a good system, and all mistakes corrected. From what i saw.
Now the issue is that teams don't want to communicate too much with videogame guys. And gives wrong info about their players, but it's not FM, PES, EF, FIFA, UFL fault.

I hope in the future the tool that kinda "analyse" the whole pitch with player on it, if you didn't readed it.
Corpulence, height, speed, stamina etc. it's like radar.
Imagine a PES 5 or 6 with that thing. Youth Everton Rooney with 95 in acceleration lol.

I found that formula on PSD lol. But some others guys should have found it at the same time. I was joking for Rooney, just that he's registred as the player who made a performance during a match as the fastest player with the ball of all time.
Attack/Defense and Reaction where always linked in a certain way.
Like Adriano made the most number of powerfull shoot in a match (but i remember he isn't number 1, there's 2 or 4 others players in front of him who made a stronger shoot in a match. He's not on the Guinness then lol)
What do i think about Attack or Defense with the Analysis Tool you ask me @H_G ?
It's more a stats that you may judge as human : if the definition fits with the one you posted, but also for pure Striker the number of goals by season, and how the goals where scored. I took old players as example :
Inzaghi for example : Positioning and Reaction but also Acceleration and shoot in every positions, insist a lot with the offside line (now as i said both are Attacking Prowess > Reaction in Attack) more than Shooting skills. (Also good comedian lol)
Vieri, Power and abitility to shoot from everywhere more than Positioning or Reflexes. A striker from a certain distance, like Batigol.
Shevchenko for example, it's complex to rate him. He's too complete (speed, dribble, shoot, physicality, aggressivity in attack, header, free kick) to give him a super high stat in Attack : the others stats makes the differerence, and he doesn't need anyone.
R9 should be rated high : a create and score a lot, and isn't strong in header, neither a FK shooter, but super fast and unpredictable with the ball. One moment of inattention and he's in front of goal. Also good at positioning, but even better to create for himself.
Well, you should see stats for a player as a whole representation, especially tactical stats and precision stats harder to rate.

But i'm a bit Off question : let's say that the stuff who analyse at least movement and the rest is good to know exactly the height and corpulence, the way a player move, dribble, and run (for a better representation, even if it's superficial), but could also serve for some stuff hard to rate like his Jumping, his speed with vs without ball etc.
It's much more needed for lower league but well... For not having all those standard stats like 170/68 for all Asian on AFC who got zero information on internet.

I mean, according to the writer, the Attack does not work the same for an CF as for a Midfielder. The attack does not work the same for a Full Back as for an Central Defender

My belief is, since 2014 it is removed, and strictly dictated by game engine (Fox Engine), calculating your input, in combination with other factors, like inertia, pitch condition, physics, player stats, Team Spirit, or the general scenario, a Derby match scenario, or a Cup match, or a European knock-out match, that situation many people call handicap, or scripting or the invisible force that makes you fight with yourgamepad, while trying to control your player.
I think it is pretty obvious, you can play against Chelsea and your players being responisve and sensitive like an F-16, and in the next match against Burnley, it is like you controlling boats in the sea.
