...which I believe no modder has ever realized*, so I may as well try my hand.
Do you know if they can help us mod ISS Pro 1/2 too, or just WE2002? I don't really like it having to edit from Japanese because character limits always force you to truncate text, especially on team names.

*To be honest, only the CEP series on FIFA and seujair's defunct Club World Cup patch for PES 2009 ever came close.

If you are looking for Club World Cup concept in WE2002 and ISS Deluxe, there are what I found.

ISS Deluxe:

I think they are also helping for other PS1 PES games.
 
Been having a lot of fun PES 2010 PS2 of all games last night. After playing a lot of PES 6 recently, you truly notice the QoL changes on the later PS2 versions. Improvements to the dribling, ball physics and general football make this so exciting to play and the game surprises you just as the old PES games do.

The only issue I have is the low LOD on the PS2 versions. It's seriously bad once you're used to the PC versions and you play the PS2 ports via an emulator.

Was there ever a solution or some way to hack or enable LoD via something hidden in the ISO? I know it sounds like a stupid question but worth the try asking.

GameCube emulator Dolphin had Custom Texture feature, people are making HD texture packs for them like Resident Evil 1-2-3 Seamless HD Project or Ocarina of Time 3DS 4K. PCSX2 got texture replacement feature but it's a recently added feature and I'm not sure how the community support will be, especially for the obscure games like PES 2008-2014 PS2 games. However, found this Monster Hunter (PS2) | NSF HD Texture Pack so I it's possible.
 
Beside reaction and agility, there's no more pass speed. Maybe it's calculated as part of the rating of low and lofted passes, but I don't understand why they removed/hidden this stats. According to PES14, both are about accuracy

Since PES12 (PS3) Place Kicking and Ball Control replaced FK Kicking and Technique attributes -I don't understand why they changed the names- (they remained the same on the PS2 version)

Then, If we back to how the combined attributes were calculated (PES14), we can calculate (for e.g) the penalty or the FK ratings

Being spoiled by sumptuous PC graphics (and loading speed, and save space!) is why I stopped playing PS2 versions after PES 5. Even the flawed PC version of PES 4 (practically 8 way movement rather than analogue) charmed me enough to play it in preference to the PS2 version. Staring at my little TV screen at rather fuzzy players became almost intolerable, and when I bought PES 5 for both platforms the increased loading times on the PS2 drove me crazy.

Probably using some kind of combo at the ps2 emulator i saw how many games improved after some changes in configuration

Well the small video is cool but the background is kinda ugly (not that ugly but it's a 16/9 image reduced to 4/3... Looks weird)

Also, Cagliari got all fakes players on WE9, i don't know why (they don't neither on PES 5, WE10/PES6.

Means fakes stats, height, weight... They translated by real players names but i think they did it randomly. It's more graphical patch than a patch which correct the database.

On another PES Cagliari if i remember well are also called "Teste di Moro" with fakes kits but got real roster (outdated like usual). I think it's on WE10.

WE9 is the most defensive WE/PES from all versions, and the one with the most battle in the midfield... Also the one that you will got the more number of fouls and cards ever.

That's vanilla ISS, not Deluxe. But yeah, I like the Falcon Team work on ISS, I was even seeing other patches from them when you suggested this.
So far the one that I've been enjoying the most is the PES 6 one, which is actually closer to my vision. The only problem I have with vanilla ISS is that it doesn't play as smooth as Deluxe - looking back, I felt the gameplay was slightly less responsive in comparison.

Hey guys, I'm looking for base chants for PES 6, not specific team chants, but base chants that replace the ones in vanilla PES 6 for all matches.

Yes that's right it was also the case on PES 5 but you have the real players.
Not on WE10 looks like they got issue with the licence : all players have wrong and weird stats and very low, like an PEU league team second division lol (as they're super weak).

Purely fictionnal. and the logo is not even lookalike a little bit, it's something white, blue and green (ugly).

I ain't sure what name they've got as in don't understand japan characters, as the version i got of course translate it to Cagliari.
 
Hello , what you guys recommend between PES 2009 and PES 2010 ( PC ) , like which one has less exploits, bugs and a fair gameplay . Found some good patches online but I never played either before ...

i played like 2 3 seasons of a pes 09 master league a year ago, it was really fun, like a better pes 06

i putted only some option file that i found on youtube
