I really don't want to drag this back up, but he was (possibly still is) making a patch that made football teams out of armies, including Adolf himself with face-scan and uniform etc... Which he said himself was "not a joke" but something he thought would be fun to play.
We tried to reason with him but were labelled "cowards" for deleting posts of his on the subject (how on earth could we let someone promote a patch where you can play as ACTUAL NAZIS). I don't know about you, but I would have serious concerns about anyone who has a burning desire to create (his words) "Third Reich FC" amongst others and release it as a patch for others to play along. He isn't coming back, as sad as it is.
He probably already stopped it. I saw it on his blog and no progress for more than a year. No twitter activity aswell, he just dissapear 😳

Absolutely no desire to see Hitler FC in here (unless it's a South park episode).
Always had him down as a passionate retro gamer.
Not really an explanation this ,but I saw a study on how many people got radicalised or "radicalised" (depending on how deep they went down that rabbit hole) during the pandemic.
People had more time to get pissed off ,or question stuff (often the truth) during it and went down very dark paths.
Like I said ,no excuse ,maybe not even an explanation ,but lots of people went ape shit the past years ,probably ape shit latently to begin with.

Found it for WE10JL (2.0 Beta) but not WE9LE, for PC yes it's easy to found, but for PS2 it's another affair.
If ever you got a patch link PS2 by PM (or an Evo-web link functionnal, or... An ISO for WE9LE PS2), i'll be grateful
But take your time, even in a month i don't care lol, i'm on a project; But i want to try the famous "best version" at least in english. O.F. are compatible and can be converted as the database is exactly the same as PES 5.
The project is a PES 5 O.F. restoration (like it should have been) with summers transfers. Not winter like PES Original Season and no switched teams. Boca and River instead of PES/WE United. It doesn't seems, but it's a big work, at least the way i'm doing it.
Correcting all mistakes, fakes faces from fakes teams in OEU, wrong height/weight... And cherry on the cake, stats will be from WE10 (with Balance converted as the standards has changed at the time )

Also i noticed that the players evolutions are all completely random in PES 5, but corrected in WE10/PES 6. You can compare it's obvious.
So a balanced database, no more Aaron Lennon with 73/70 on Speed and Accel.... On WE10, all players seems to be "corrected" (Lennon got 89/87 in Speed-Accel for example), with accurate stats for their age, as they see them during a whole year or even some games. WE10, or PES6 when unvailable if they where loan during Winter transfers (youth often, and there's no big difference at all between WE10 and PES6 in terms of stats).

i found it rather amusing and charming idea of a patch, sad times we live in..

The last time you posted in the eFootball thread, it was to claim that "UK thinktanks" are "brainwashing" us all. Seems like your interest is a little deeper than a "place of humour", if you ask me - and doesn't seem like you need an account on a Pro Evo website any more, if that kind of shit is all you're here to contribute. (Playing as Hitler would be "charming", eh? We admins must have a sense of humour, cos I laughed at that.)

In a PES forum there is no room for Hitler, not even for a moment.
To be honest, that is not new...4chan did it with their 4chan cup and they still do. Ironic probably, insensitive yes, but nothing new with that, man could have just downloaded 4chan patch and saved himself some work, lol. I have been away for a long time and never got that intention from miguelfcp, so I'll reserve my judgement

He said several times that it wasn't a joke, and if you find his website (I'm not going to promote it here and we'll delete any posts that do), he considers it some kind of interesting geopolitical work of art he's constructing. Not a South Park style, tongue-in-cheek, "look at me I'm an edgelord" thing (which is what you're comparing it to there). He is deadly serious.
Also, if your argument is "4chan did it"... I mean... There's no moral compass over there, is there? Does that not immediately invalidate any argument?
Let's just move on. He's not coming back and if someone thinks it sounds like a fun idea for a patch, let's be totally frank about it, we don't want them here. We are a PES forum.

4chan did it because they mock themselves, only /pol/ has the German guy but we all know /pol/ is /pol/, if you take /pol/ seriously then Lord helps you. The rest of teams are just meme players (/mu/ filled with music memes for example)
Up to you if you don’t want to host him, I’ll still reserve judgements until he actually does something bad. I guess what happened while I was gone was not about what’s gonna be in his patch but rather the namecalling as it often happens in online flame wars

You DON'T think the problem was the fact that he was asking for facescans of Hitler and creators of SS uniforms - for a football game. You think what happened AFTER THAT was the problem. Some name-calling that you admit yourself you haven't even seen (because "you were gone"), but you're presuming is there.
You think the problem is something you've imagined. Rather than what happened. I mean... Wow. You don't see any madness in that?
Sounds to me like you're just desperate to give the dude a pass to make nazi stuff, rather than us being desperate to ban a guy. But if you can't see that, then... I really don't know what to tell you.
I’m not making a pass for him. Imagine with your logic, games like Sniper Elite should never be made because devs should be good people and not making Nazi assets. Asking for those stuff here is kinda dumb though, lol

Sniper Elite is a historical recreation of war. PES is a football game. They are very different things, and you know it. Let's get back to discussing PES now.

Was curious, and had spare time. I went to the man who should not be named website to see what all the fuss was about. I didn't see any adoration of Hitler, but instead he seemed to be making a mod with many classical figures. Stalin, Napoleon, Tom Cuise, Ghandi, and Hitler himself. It's not a mod I would play, but I guess I lean towards the approach if I see something that bothers me, I ignore it move on.

I remember found at the time the combination for those stats.
Example "Strength in the air" was just Balance + Jumping + Header /3
Workrate = Stamina, and 2 special skill changed it, i don't remember which ones, Workrate was +10 with and Workrate got -10.
Penalties was like 10% (or 5% don't remember) + Free Kicks. It should be still the same, with a "+" since there's a Penalty special skill.
In fact it was just explanation stats. Not "special" ones, separate or hidden.
Or it was for their data editor, how they measured a player to rate him. All calculations were on PSD but the site is down.

When i say hidden, i mean from a main screen in game, like it was visible in 2014 and 2015. So if we speak about Corner Kick after PES 2016, is there any combined stat ? Or it is just input+swerve+long pass accuracy? Also does PLACE KICKING include CKs, cause the description says"Indicates a player's ability from SET PIECES, including Free Kicks and Penalties.
Just examples, but what applies here? I mean sometimes KONAMI are lost in translation, some times they are litterally 100% and sometimes they are figuratively with descriptions, simply forgetting things not implied. The problem is you never know when they mean the one thing and when the other.
Another similar case, the basic shooting description. By reading 100% literraly the description, you understand that you can only aim to 3 directions when shooting, right-center-left. Can this be true? If you ask 10 PES players, 5 of them will answer that aiming is analogue and every degree matters... Who knows!!
This (basic shooting aiming) applies for every PES after Playstation 2 era. I mean the urban legend, what people thing.

For me it also helps a lot to recieve and controls incoming passes, balls since PES 5. Basically i can't imagine myself playing PES 5 and passing the ball around, without controlling it with R2+direction arrows of course. Meanwhile i know/knew people that never touch that button.
And the most crazy thing??? The first time that the R2/RT button is mentioned in "command list"menu, in the in-game help manual, as "help trap the ball", is either PES 2010, or 2012 or 2014.

Since the majority of them are based on a combination of stats, they are not very important but very helpful. We can even use them for the PS2-PS3 editions, maybe with reaction attribute for scoring instinct.
I don't why Konami didn't keep them as an option on display settings since PES 2016 and post. And why they introduced them if after two editions they removed them.
It reminds me about the Consistency attribute on PES4-5 which is a very intresting attribute, and how they hidden it.
Again, Konami doesn't build up on previous editions. Here since PES 5 we lost Consistency, Teamwork and Tenacity attributes. Even player skills IMO doesn't replace them
Maybe they are now hidden, in that case why !

Well in the PES 2017 and after it is not again in the command list, but in my experience it helps trap/control the ball better .
By 2014 and 2017 that i could open now:

From PES 2017, basically here is an exploit if you master the timing between trapping the ball and facing forward.If you release the direction and tilt again, you take advantage of the situation, and help you control better.
Of course again it depends on PES gameplay and its physics, response,etc ...For example in PES 2018 it is a deadly weapon. In PES 2019 it transforms you to a marble statue, making you an easy target for the AI to steal the ball. It is like you give away the ball to the opponent.
PES 2015 and 2016 , i played a little bit this afternoon, same case with 2017-2018. In 2016 works a little bit better, in 2015 more rigid. Does not help in diagonal direcions, works good when you already face the opposition goal.

And PES 2013, for some reason PES2012 is not launching! 
I hope it is clear what i mean, there is a time window you must master, between Trap and Perfect Trap. In games with fluid movement like PES 2018, it is smooth as butter. PES 2016 is the next more responsive and smooth after 2018. In 2019 it is almost unusable.

I always thought one of the most 'Konami' things was in the PES5 guide when they were explaining the special abilities. One-touch Shot - oh says Seabass that's a mistranslation, it's actually one-touch pass! They then continued to call it one-touch shot afterwards.
