Sony PlayStation 3

Yep grim, I had a PSX and PS2 and loved them! had a Sony minidisc (a £250 gold one!) and loved that too! Its when the PS3 got countless delays, had lots written about it on paper but didnt actually exist in hardware form and THEN was over £400 that I started to dislike them... however my Sony AVCHD 1080i Camcorder is ace!!
 
And we all know what's going to happen when they finally update the stores.

I just don't understand why they don't update the stores the way Microsoft does. It would be a lot easier.

Just downloaded the GTA trailer, its good n all but I expected more, my download list is very long right now.

To make sure, just read the manual and see if it says multi-voltage (might be silly me asking you to do this since it may be Japense :p) or maybe the back of the PS3, it should tell you the voltage etc. and compare to your current model.

Thats the million dollar question. Poor showing from SCEE, they cant even let their users know that for whatever reason the update still hasn't shown up.
 
I bet the lazy shits wanted to delay the store update for today so they can release GTP on the store for purchase with it

Seriously though for me its not the fact they have missed the deadline, as these things happen, its the wall of silence as to why!

What would it have taken to put a message up saying why the update is delayed and an estimate as to when it will be updated?
 
The thing is they're going to put up GT5 Prologue for download, and they want to make money, so it makes no sense for them to delay it.

I reckon it's a problem with GT5, and no update is going to be made without that.
 
I got GT5 this morning (disc) but the update on the disc wont download, something is wrong.

That makes no sense, Warhawk was cheaper on the store than in retail.
 
But that was due to the Jabra Bluetooth Headset, even the game disc only set in the States was retailing at the same price as the DL.
 
Just a quick note, I keep meaning to say this.

If someone sends me a message or an invite on the PS3 and I don't respond, I'm sorry. I never, EVER see the message notification, I only find the messages when I piss about with the friends list. I never see them, I don't know why. It should make a noise or something!

Over the months of playing FIFA08 on-line, I've received loads of messages of requests to be a friend but have no idea how to respond or how people are generating these requests in the first place. I only recently discovered that all the received messages are actually stored in my account. I really ought to read the instruction manual.....but probably never will :-pp.
