Sony PlayStation 3

I am on my third PS3 now, I sent two back with HDMI display problems. Problems, as in it would refuse to display through HDMI but they were excellent about replacing them and this one seems to be working fine so all is well.

It ahppens. The difference between the PS3 and 360 is its not the same issue.

MS have not looked into the issue plus there returns/repair policy sucks!!!
 
It's annoying that Paramount and Dreamworks signed that deal with HD-DVD. I could care less who wins as long as I don't have to buy two players.

On other news, I haven't touched my PS3 for gaming at all. It's primarily being used as a DVD/BR player.

I will not play DMC on 360, it wont feel right. Also too used to PS controller with the game.

Plus no load times albeit after installation.

Apart from the HD quality picture, what other features does a blu-ray version of a movie gives you?

It is rumoured Parmount might drop HD-DVD for Blu-Ray? So only Universal left really.
 
Both formats offer HD audio, audio that is far superior to that that you hear in the cinema.

Where is Everyday Shooter, PAIN etc

PS:Toy Home is garbage dont give us that instead.
 
need some help guys, ive imported a ps3 40gb from games-asia.com and everything works great on it except one thing, i cant find where to change region to europe as it still seems to be asia,(asian browser homepage and stuff), read before i imported that this was possible so i hope you guys can help me:)

I just got my latest GameInformer and its cover feature is Resistance 2!!!!!!

Checking it out now... will update. (didn't see this on first two pages so assumed it hasn't been posted)

EDIT 1: HUGE cooperative game... EIGHT-PLAYER story-driven campaign along side single-player campaign. SIXTY-PLAYER Competitive modes... HUGE United States Landscapes as backdrops.

EDIT 2: "It is, in short, a tour de force for the untapped might of the PlayStation 3"

EDIT 3: Narrative stays with Hale the whole time... not Rachel. Hale shot down in Iceland, escapes to US and becomes part of program called Sentinels...

EDIT 4: Chameleon.. Stalker with total cloaking ability

EDIT 6: Eight player coop over PSN, two player local

No doubt this will be one of if not THE big game of Q4 now Killzone 2 can take its time and maybe not even get released this year. I don't see any room for it this year.
