Good strike, rubbish gk ai. It will be a happy day when they finally release a finished product that is worthy of a full price game. They are trying to cover too many bases too thinly.

Good form arrows is Bcoz cpu sets his squad only with good form players. If you can see cpu reserves before match you can see players with low form are in the bench. That's the same thing if you set your squad automatically with players in good form. Sorry my bad English. As for 99TS that's not means necessary that cpu has 99 TS.; it's a fake number so you can't see cpu TS, I think.

Do you know whats more KONAMish than KONAMI?

I have tested Team Spirit in many ways since last year, when problems vs COM started for me. I have done many ML reboots, just to exclude my playing skill development factor both in 2018 and 2019. So despite how i improved to game i got the almost same results, with only small exceptions e.g. in my first ML run i finished 12th, in second 9th but usually outside of main teams objectives in first season.
There are 3 ways that Team Spirit is manifested.

Firstly is the classic/casual way where you start with a team ,not paying attention to team roles, choosing your formation and your starting 11. You can start with a TS of 35 to 50+ where your team will play like shattered pieces until they reach early 80s where things start to roll on and you see better positioning , less mud slowdowns etc.

Secondly is the RPG way where you pick a player with a specific teamrole and assign him as captain so you benefit and your TS can take a boost of +15~20. THE KONAMish strange part is here, cause although you will se that you have 80 TS for example but from time to time your team will keep playing like they are untuned. Like it is a placebo, a masked TS not a real one. Your real absolute TS (unmasked) is still what you have if you assign as a captain someone without a boosting team role.I also checked this compared to MyClub where there is also Teamspirit but no teamroles, an 80 TS team in MC vsCOM plays more solid than an 80 TS team in ML where the TS is masked due to captain=smartplayer or playmaker teamrole. It is crazy cause it is like the game neutralizes its own self, neglecting the benefits you would take from its own mechanics.

Thirdly is the combination of 1+2. Since your team hits 80+ true TS (unmasked), it starts playing better than the low unmasked TS or the team with high masked TS but low unmasked.

In other words, one way or an other you have to wait for more than half a season so your team will start playing like an actual football team and not like 11 dizzy amateur individuals. The only benefit from boosting your TS by a player with a teamrole is to give a placebo to yourself and make the TS reign seem less painfull.

Been enjoying pes recently. decided to only play local multiplayer and when dumb shit happens like kick off goals or last min goals etc(or any kind of scripting like clearences always being poor in final moments in a 1 goal game)

When ignore it can keep a level head and move on. Online this is not an option of course but the scripting is x100
 
Small kick in the balls for all the people who bought the game for Celtic park, Ibrox, Russian/Danish/Belgium/Turkish league.. Konami board seems to have weird priorities..
And no word about any further gameplay polish.. hmm..
 
Will that Data pack mess up my Option File ?
I spent ages on editing International teams strips as well. The last data pack made me lose all Englishh teams badges and messed up my Bundesliga.
 
I'm wondering if we'll ever see those Scottish Stadiums. Still, more stadiums is a nice surprise. I must've missed it but the De Kuip certainly came outta nowhere for me. Great to see it return to PES after two Generations.

If those stadiums don't turn up at any point then people could surely claim false advertising.

I love Feyenord stadium but it's a joke to put this stadium earlier than Celtic and Rangers in situation where people bought special edittion of Pes 2019.

Oh i didn't realise that's their old stadium! It's a nice looking ground but shame you can't assign it to another team due to licsensing.

Bit strange Konami would add an old stadium though, it'd be like giving us Bayern's Olympia Stadion alongside the Allianz (Not that i'd complain about that, it'll give me and many others some nostalgiv PES3 vibes).
 
I love it that they're adding De Kuip as it's a great stadium (best in NL). But I totally understand the frustration for not having any info on the Scottish stadiums. This is another level.

Oh absolutely! The more stadiums the better! But if you are selling the game, promising people A,B and C, you deliver those, before adding stuff that wasnt announced. Its common sense. Otherwise people will go ballistic! I love playing with Feyenoord, but they could add this stadium at any point and people would still be very happy. Their strategy is a mistery to me..

Could they be adding a historical version of Palmeiras' stadium too, due to 2019 partnership? New Palmeiras arena (Allianz Parque) already is in game.

Or are they totally high? :)
 
Bloody hell, been waiting on these two Scottish stads since the beginning, instead we get something we were not expecting and will probably bugger up my option file and I will still not have Celtic Park or Ibrox in the game.

Man, no wonder everyone gets so angry with those two idiots on Twitter spouting their crap and lies to us all.

That's a great anology. I don't even know where to start in regards to speculation as to where those stadiums are...

I want to believe it's something out of their control such as a licsensing issue is causing the delay, some sort of oversight someones legal team has brought to the Scottush clubs attention or something, wouldn't be the first time post annoucement/release Konami has been caught out by this.

Just look at the Maradonna or the BVB saga.
 
Not posted for a while but when i have played the game I kind of enjoy it more than F££A.
I have it on PC but going PS4 as my mate has it and is itching for some online games.

This new data pack again is something they just don't get and its got to be accepted that this
is the business model Konami lives by whether we like it or not. I have written endless comments on here
WENB before but its not worth the hassle anymore.

One day that light bulb at Konami will come on but by then will Celtic Park or Ibrox actually be available?

I'm thinking it's some sort of historical promotion, similar to having the retro Barca and Liverpool kits in previous games.
 
If they are going to add De Kuip stadium, surely they should fix the commentary blunder, where they refer to Ajax-PSV as Der Klassiker, rather than Ajax-Feyenoord.

Adding to Konami deciding to add an old stadium into the list of new stadia, and not releasing any info about Celtic park or Ibrox must surely be taking the biscuit

Correct me if I am wrong, is it true they will also bring Estadio De Luz (Benfica's stadium) and Estadio Dragao (Porto's stadium) sometime later in this year's PES?

Seems a bit long that, how many goals/shots per game are you getting. Even 10min games im creating loads of chances . Playing on Professional level the AI is decent but they give you too much space defensively. Id say the defensive AI needs tweeked a bit.
