But if you try that 10 times its successful all 10. Even top players have error in BPL. My thing is a 90 player in 2020 is error free or close to it. Why should you have to play with Brazilian teams to get error ? Just give PES2020 more error in play in bad off balance positions, even with Barca's 90 stat players.

The simlplicity of your commentary os brilliant as It sums up almost everything.

We dont demand them tô rediscover the Wheel. We Just want them to Go back to the basic and yet most important things, and nail what they have done right in the past.

Id like to add that the defence side of the game should also take a look back in the past. Very simples mechanics that was ironically complex at the same time because It was contextual based with different outcomes.

We need the old defence mechanics of We9 back where the X Button was simply a Guide to follow the man on the ball and not a guarantee Cleane tackle. Holding X too much enforces agressive defense approach that leads to fouls.

We had a simples defence mechanics that endorsed smart defence decisions with good timing, not that Blind X pressure sprinting all the time. Positioning and cutting passes were more importsnt like It is in real life, as this is a more collective sport, not a one on one or even two on one battle.
 
really this forum is so full of toxic bullshit. get your shit together. PES 2019 is a great footy-game. I don't know how you play but I play 1 vs 1 and 2 vs 2 with friends and it's for most of time amazing how "real" (considerd its a match stripped down to 15 minutes) it simulates the story of a real footy-game.

and even myclub is quite fun. I create teams like "serie a allstars", "youngster u 23" and have a lot of fun. you meet decent players when you dont play with a five star teams full of messi and ronaldos. and the game gives you the possibilty.

one point i give you: the ai is a cheating bastard and master-league is no fun this way.

and to all the people that praise PES6/PES 2013. today these games are totally outdated and no fun anymore. I can't understand how people still have fun with them.

back to 2019: pes always looks worst when you don't play it yourself. because as a player you're so focused on the game that little flaws like the "skating" and stocking aninmations are no that present. cant wait to get my hands on it.

Sorry I usally just read here and sometimes I too shake my haed over the weird decisions KONAMI makes. but this constant shitting on every ascpect of the game here is not normal.

Sorry for coming in sideways here, but since you are referring to a response from Chris to one of my comments, I'd like (again) to understand why you two seem to draw Konami-apologism out of what I said, let alone a "massive cop-out" of anything?.

The original comment didn't refer to anything game-related nor did it come to the conclusion that "one is bad and the other one is good". Rather it was a question on how people here would prefer the game to be presented at an event like E3. As the majority here seem to agree that Adam and the others on stage constantly fluff it (stream not running, playing the game badly, making irrelevant comments, presenting the menus instead of game changes, not bringing the equivalent of Keanu Reeves on the stage) and as there seems to be a strong (and certainly valid) opinion on the utter amateurishness of Konami's marketing and promotion campaign at and outside of E3, I simply wanted to point out that slickness and cold professionalism in this area (as we get it from EA) is probably but another way of distracting from the fact that little has changed. Given the choice – and that was my point, I guess – I prefer the clumsy (but authentic) incompetence of Konami (in presenting/selling the game, NOT designing the game).

I was more referring to Chris' wider point rather than directly to yours. There are plenty of people in the community that, when presented with a negative opinion on PES, resort to direct comparisons with FIFA as if doing something badly but better than the other game is a pass to not actually address issues with the game.
 
First day, Bhatti said there'd be news on ML the day after, but I can't seem to find anything on that..
Will the respawn of retired players be finally removed? Or are we expecting that to continue? It makes it so bloody unrealistic, instead of allowing us, as managers, to grow new random players, and so make our clubs grow too.. It can't be that difficult to put that back into the game!!

Agree with both points, MyClub is fun, I play at 2 and sometimes 3 star and when you don't face a player who is white benching you can have some absolutely fantastic games. Same as Online Divisions, it is so opponent dependent but when you get someone who isn't a cheap tactic spammer it is brilliant.. As for offline, yeah, you can't beat this game for offline 1 vs 1 experience, its incredible, had some amazing games with friends and a few beers!

I'd love to see the back of that. Even if it was like FIFA where player details are randomised. But the same player - name, height, appearance - reappearing immediately after retiring - it's poor. And regens are often far too good. I had regens who were immediately better than first team players at 16.

Regens are just ridiculous, and show how little effort they put into ML.
 
Adam seems to be very vocal at the moment (understandably and not a criticism) and giving out useful information to the community when asked, like confirming the circumstances of the Italian and Spanish second divisions today as a follow-up to his comments on the stream.

Let's hope it carries on and he's grown thicker skin.
 
Finally the stream will be 1080p 60 fps. It's the first time we will have a 60fps video of the game.
 
Does a rising shot that hits the roof of the net exist?
If ai teams are losing will they go all out to find that equalising goal?

PES 2019 isn't perfect but it is a very good football game i have enjoyed when i have played it this year although work and career has come first for me.

As for the place being toxic, i think the biggest problem here is the discussions here are very much being left in the past. I honestly think many old timers here don't know what they want anymore. I think someone mentioned PES 2008 again, that game is almost 12 years ago, that game came about before online was even a substantial thing, before online went mainstream. Back then gameplay was king and its why PES was the king, now gameplay isn't even a 2nd or 3rd factor no more. Licences and online modes come first and second! The world has changed and moved on and this place the discussion is very, very much still stuck in the past. This place has gone from a influential group to a minority and now it's literally a handful of people.

Back then was twitter even online? Now sadly twitter is the home for PES feedback and discussion, not here sadly, we need to wake up and realise that. I mean in terms of discussions you have reddit also.

I spoke to Lami about this years ago and he was concerned that Evo Web wasn't what it could be and his concerns are being realised here i feel, Evo web is good for our patching and modding section and this discussion forum has completely lost any weight or influence whatsoever on PES itself. This place has a mentallity where one person is unhappy and makes constant noise about the game being bad and gets really annoyed if someone disagrees with him.

People 10-15 years ago used to have to come to great forums like this to discuss PES, uploading anything was a pain 10-15 years ago hence why discussion forums were so big. Now this place is to find patches really and the discussion holds little to no water. since you have twitter and streamers where people can see things for themselves with ease and discuss things on live chats.

Football also like i have said is a totally different game compared to anything pre 2006-07. PES 2019 represents the modern game so well. The game is fast now and sadly sanitised to the point you cant tackle like before. Sadly we are in an era of athletes over artists like before.

These days even if the gameplay was perfection and all the modes where staked i'd still have issues picking teams to use becuase i find modern football rubbish. The world of football is not the same anymore and i feel that people here doesn't seem to get that.
 
Finally, a good quality stream. Playing against AI also, time to bulge our eyes out.
