Love it. The truth needs to be heard!!Then I will just keep on re-editing it!!
hi friend, I can tell you that I have all pes from 2016 to 2020.I think you don't care too much or have interest in modern PES games... but @MadbaLL I still wanted to just invite you here and look at that new "eFootball" trailer and what do you think about it? Also @Fabri55 thoughts? I know you both will not like it at all, just wanted to see thoughts, no one likes it here

I would absolutely love to read an interview with Seabass at this point. Maybe he wouldn't even care, now that he's moved on from PES. But given his principles of football and what his team were trying to do... I'd love to hear what he thought of all this.
Perhaps he'd just say that online play is the future, and the best thing they can do is make an online football playground. Who knows.
EDIT: He was working on PES as recently as 2016 - I wonder if he's still there...
No. Unless the mobile version is extremely shitty, usually compensated by lower frame rates and simpler animations.Ok, tech people. Is it even possible that you have a game that is built with the next gen consoles in mind and then being able to do the exact same things on a mobile device?
In that IGN article he seems to say that. But isn't he just using twisting his words? I get that it might be possible graphic wise but gameplay mechanics? In my mind you have to skip a lot of possibilities from the next gen console to make it work on a mobile device but I'm no tech guy soo...
Keep in mind DRMs expire a few years into the future. Not sure Konami will go through the hassle of removing them. It's a shame that those great games aren't sold officially anymore. Fortunately most of them can be acquired by other means now.
But Fifa 16, and Pes 20 are screwed. These two games haven't been "anti-drm ed".
I checked origin and steam and looks like neither of these two games are sold anymore either. Fortunately I bought fifa 16 already and I got Pes 21. But I never managed to get a copy of Pes 20, so this means PES 20 is non-existent for me.
They were whole 1 year in silent, so don't be surprisedI can't believe they'll let us wait until the end of August for new info. The backlash is too big and they need to deal with it, even a small reassurance on the master league/BAL. Just something
For me there was 100% a change of plan, I believe the efootball direction was always the plan but not the f2p, full cross gen and not the dumbed down gameplay for consoles to fit mobiles. I would bet it happened somewhere in the last 6 - 12 months after realising the scope of work and cost of a true next gen game was going to be too much, knowing they couldn’t afford to balls up another generation/ engine switch. The following screenshot is from the official "season update" announcement Konami made a year ago:

"We recognise that many of you are enthusiastic for new myClub and Master League content,
and we are also excited to share that large updates are in the works for both of these modes."
It's so hard not to be angry when you read that.
It 100% feels like something happened, the old plans were ditched, and here we are.
No offline modes. Only 9 teams available to play with and myClub to grab money from you.Hello Sir,
I am out of the loop. Why is everyone angry? I saw the trailer and it looks okay. I like the focus on 1on1, looks like we can finally dribble past players using body weight and physics. Also its still Konami who does the game so for me it looks just like brand/name change. What's problem?
Kind Regards.
