EA SPORTS FC 24

Just realised, no manufacturer badge on the England kits, and Pirlo's Italy kit is just a plain blue T-shirt. Looks like they're going to struggle with the international teams (understandable given the loss of the FIFA license).
Easy fix for pc feel sorry for console players though

Think its just the retro kits as england women is there. Plus Argentina kit is correct also.

Maybe just with the classic shirts (seeing that also the Boca one is missing the manufacturer logo for example).
Edit: So are PSG's and Chelsea's classic kits. Yeah, most probably something that has to do with classic kits.

I wouldn't be surprised if they lost some international teams though, for example they won't be able to add liensed versions of unlicensed teams for the FIFA events (like it happened with Portugal in 2014 if I remember correctly: they were unlicensed in the vanilla game but were licensed in the World Cup modes).

This tweet is on the money in my view, given the very odd-looking artwork.

Why would a billion-dollar company use AI art instead of actual artists? It makes zero sense to me. Why?

Same procedure as every year. One group say it will be the best ever and some other fellas, it will the worst ever.

I will wait for more news and gameplay related things and there's + features for CM (or ML or how the name will be).

Compare Alex Popp the green wolfsburg kit on the right with this ^ ...

€A musst been drunk when they made her face. It is mortifyingly! (is maybe the right word for this)
:DRUNK:

They finally realized they can put ANYthing out there on the market ... and gambling addicted kids and yelling youtube idiots will play it --- and buy those cards and coins.

You are slow EA, but better late than never.
Exactly. Yet Chelsea for example will get precious about having a gambling company as a shirt sponsor but the Premier League is sponsored by a company (EA) who exploits children for financial gain and gets them addicted to gambling but clubs and players happy to endorse them 😂

With this woke/cancel culture we could actually get EA looked at and stopped I think. We just need to hammer this idea home. The fact EA have been profiting billions from essentially gambling for kids. I think most just aren't aware of just how accurate and predatory it all is. If they were aware all these anti-gambling people would be all over it and parents.

It's really dark. If you follow their page on social media they do all this work with young people in the community to mask their true intentions.

Wow did they improve cloth physics? The lower part of the shirt doesn't seem to be stuck with the pants anymore. Last time they had that was in FIFA 14. I really hope the physics is like that in the actual game and not just a pre rendered cinematic.

But I heard Brazil isn't in FIFA 23. if brasil and other national teams aren't in EAFC, I wouldn't even bother buying the game since I mostly play with international teams.

Yep, I've seen it, like creating little parks for kids to play football etc. Plus, I am a gambler, I bet on football daily, hundreds a day. I was a real addict and I know how it all works and the triggers. FUT is gambling, the exact same. I'm certain EA use psychologists to really target impressionable kids and get them addicted etc, very dark stuff. EA would have no defence if people actually cared enough to fight them.

I can't wait for the day EA gets massive lawsuit for gambling loot boxes. It will be the best day for footie gaming and gaming in general.
They've already dealt with lawsuits in Belgium and a few other countries. All of those lawsuits led to users in aforementioned countries not being able to purchase FIFA Points with real currency. Definitely a move in the right direction, but it won't change the landscape until a country like England, USA, etc. get involved.

USA unregulated gambling law could be including all these random lootboxes especially since the government doesn't make any profit. Not sure about England. I know some state here in US has already started pushing a ban against it and requiring a state id to register.

Hope it's like an updated Fifa 23, as some of their updates (like the latest one) had the game playing good.

As rubbish as EA may be, it's our only hope for a decent football game considering the absolute mess that is Konami

Christian Benteke and Lorenzo Insigne are the same height in the trailer

Christian Benteke Height = 1.90

Lorenzo Insigne Height = 1.63

On every FIFA trailers, men or women have the same height. I don't know why but in game it's ok
Yeah, this is just artwork. It's bizarre artwork (and it's hard to understand how EA have gone with it; it's obviously weird)... but it's not gameplay.

Will be interested to see the gameplay trailer on Wednesday (and, personally, to see how many times they use the word "realistic")!

I can't get over that Saka face.

It's like they've black-faced a black man.

Between this and eFootball's traumatizing menus and fonts, I'm now convinced there is no quality control or review process when it comes to video game art & graphic design. There's no way these artists are submitting their work to a supervisor for approval, It seems to just get shoved into the product and the rest of the dev team just accepts it and works on their own duties.

Does anybody question anything internally at these companies nowadays?

I think the whole QA process in any sort of media is pretty much extinct now, or rather the "higher ups" have no issue saying "it's fine, let's get it out". This kind of reminds me of some of the really shonky CGI in the last Ant-Man movie, the general consensus seems to be that there's an expectation people will be blasé to lower quality media in general.

Yes I hope better animations on gameplay trailer. I have no hype because i know in advance it will be bad and unrealistic.
