EA SPORTS FC 24

Fantastic solution, looks 100x more fun (and more realistic).
I'm one of the captains of one of the teams, Innocent Manual, and I also help out with some of the admin work behind the scenes.

Realism has been the main aim of using the GK builds. It sounds crazy at first, but it means that everyone starts with very low outfield attribute ratings, then we allow you to add a certain number of skill points to approved attributes and then add approved PlayStyles to provide some individuality to your pro and to suit your own personal play style.

We have a pro builder app on our website which gives you more info 👉 https://fuma-clubs.vercel.app/build-your-pro-gk-v4, to give you an example, here is my CM build using the system.

All this results in a much slower paced and balanced game IMO.

I have 50+ full match recordings in a collection on my Twitch page using the GK system (most recent at the end of the list).

EDIT: Twitch collection links don't embed correctly in posts, added link to collection text instead.

Played my 1st ever games with you and your team on Friday.

Saved an almost certain goal, with an inch-perfect last-ditch sliding tackle in the penalty area ;)

I enjoyed it, it's great and I'll play again, my only issue is there's nothing we can do to improve ball physics. I don't really like how the ball moves, although tempo of the games is way better than regular gameplay. Hopefully EAFC25 will the improve the ball physics and add inertia etc.

That’s great! Thanks for helping us out!

There are plenty of teams looking for players right now, but also we would love to see new teams join the league.

Unfortunately, there is only so much we can do, Clubs as a mode has less options than other modes.

For example, it would be great if we could increase the match duration and game speed like you can with Online Friendlies but it’s not possible in Clubs.

here are a couple of randomly selected videos. 11v11: Full manual GKs vs full manual GKs
I've never even tried pro clubs, but this looks absolutely brilliant. Can you send me the link to the discord?
I'm afraid I might find it difficult to adjust to match times, but at least I can have a look at what's what and how does it all work. Cheers!

Following up on the above - I wanted to know more about pro clubs and all this jazz, so just to refresh the manual controls on FIFA and get used to controlling one player - Ive started Player Career, which I have never done on FIFA. Ever.

I found some "realistic" sliders, set everything on manual and gave it a bash.

Surprisingly - I'm really enjoying it. I'm on my second season now and I'm having a great time.

But there are few things that are really pissing me off.
For starters - if you don't put any limits on yourself - you will be OP as fuck by the end of season 1.
So I decided to bring this personal rule that I can only up my skills by 1 OVR point per half a season.
Doesn't seem like a lot, but it takes few stats updates to actually go up one point, so the progression seems balanced, while remaining fun.
By season 2 I was transfered to Derby and I'm 70 OVR, while other players are similar to me.

Which brings me to two really annoying things.

1. You don't get any offers.
You PICK what teams you want to be transfered to. It doesn't matter how you played all season. It's not based on your performance. It's based on your OVR. You get recommended clubs, or you can pick a club yourself.
So I basically have to lie to myself that recommended clubs are offers from other teams.
It doesn't feel rewarding, it doesn't feel fun, it doesn't feel natural.

2. You can't watch the match if you are on the bench. You only get notification that you are being subbed in - it's, let's say, 70th minute, it's 1:2 and you are coming on.
Why the fuck I can't watch my team playing is beyond me.
Funny enough - when you get taken off the pitch - you have the option to watch the rest of the match from the bench. So why not the beginning?? EA please!

But - there is fun to be had there.
I like how you have to play well and manage managers trust, coz you can become sub, or not even be called for a match at all.
Although I presume that most of my challenge and fun comes from me being on manual settings, coz playing on assisted I would never have any issues to stay in the squad.
