Not at the moment but they're brought out a UMD web browser in Korea (of all places, why Korea?) so there's rumours they'll soon do the same for the rest of the world!

just go onto the psp newsgroup - there's about 30 movies available for download right now...

A launcher for the game Lumnies has been released although no sound support is available as yet,it's just a matter of time now before others follow, abviously no links here...just passing on the news...

I found it at torrentspy. Its only 11mb with the game so you can even play it on a 32mb stick.
