Music UnlimitedHow do we put our own music on the videos if we can't even store our music on the hard drive...
I'd like it to at least match what the PS3 offers. Though a few of the features like custom soundtracks aren't of much use to me just now. 3D support would be high on my wanted list along with being able to use my own cap device.
I'd like to see some friend notifications with filter options so maybe it tells me if a friend is online on a game I own. But it's not a make or break thing.
Thanks for the mini review Steak Bake.
Do you own both consoles?
I'm torn between which one to go for?
No problem friend
Yes I own both.
In my opinion, the PS4 is the machine to go for from what I can gather so far. The Xbox One is technically inferior for a start. Take Titanfall, for example. It's a flagship game but is very ugly.
I'm a graphics whore though so this does matter to me.
The PS4 is selling like hot cakes for a reason, really. It has an exciting future ahead of it I feel.
And this is coming from someone who LOVED the 360 and didn't like the PS3.
I feel the tables have turned. Get a PS4, you won't regret it plus PS+ is a better service than Xbox Live now.
Thats a ridiculous thing to say! LOL
It really isn't. I didn't say that it was a bad game, just that it's ugly for a 'next gen' title.
This has scared me to be honest - the games coming to PS4 in future look stunning and will be pushing 1080p/60 fps.
Sorry but I won't accept anything less in modern gaming - it's 2014 and the Xbox One can't handle 1080/60 a lot of the time which is a JOKE.
I have the Xbox One in the living room and PS4 in my home office at the moment but only really playing the PS4.
Better games on Xbox One at the moment is a bit of a myth for me too:
Titanfall - Good fun in short spells, quite limited experience, ugly as hell
Forza - Just rename it Borza for god sake. Never really liked the series tbh, and this feels like a demo at times - not enough content.
Ryse - This isn't very good. Like, at all.
PS4 does need new games though, and fast. I've been enjoying Strider - so difficult though!

Annoying thing with those images from infamous is the game hardly ever looks like that. .

When Oculus Rift VR was bought by Facebook, a lot of people decided that Sony's Project Morpheus was going to be their new VR headset of choice.
We haven't seen anything on the Morpheus since the Game Developers' Conference, however, while Oculus has been stealing all of the headlines. Luckily that's going to change, as the Sony headset is going to be in developers' hands next week during a special event hosted by Develop in London.
Titled "An Audience With... Project Morpheus," developers will get to attend the event on April 30 and get some of the first hands-on impressions with Sony's answer to the Rift. Sony will also be providing some personnel to answer any questions:
"Central to the evening will be a panel discussion featuring representatives from PlayStation/Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and key third parties," Develop's page states.
"Speakers include Simon Benson (senior development manager at SCEE working on vision technology), Agostino Simonetta (developer relations at SCEE), Dave Ranyard (SCE London Studio, the developer behind Morpheus tech demo The Deep), and Patrick O'Luaniagh (founder of nDreams, a studio now dedicated to virtual reality experiences)."
Sounds really cool. Only 55 developers will be present to test the headset out and attend the panel, but here's hoping that some of the developers give us some firsthand impressions after the event.
