Serie A Thread - 2014/15 Season

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

If your idea of a good game is being beat then so be it.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

I tell you what little englishs teams like Palace would give your precious Ac Milan a game. just give us a bit more time.

If youre having trouble with Crystal Palace right now.... i wouldnt predict anything for the following week.
that means nothing, if so then why do big teams go out to smaller teams in the FA Cup each year, its down to the day, previous results and status mean nothing on the pitch. I am saying this and i would love to see Man Utd get stuffed by Milan.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

Milan 3rd win by a goal after 90 min. :D :D

i wish if Pippo scored the 2nd goal , its been a while since his celebrations...

hope that juve lose or draw vs. roma...

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

Atalanta gave us a tough match. Makinwa is really a great player, 4 goals in his last 7 matches for Atalanta. He was the MoM but Ambrosini was close. Some poor decisions by the ref - Nesta red card - but hey, the goals were valid unlick another match that took place.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

His speed is a great advanage to his actions. But the foul by Nesta should of been straight red: Last man, Pulling his shirt.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

Palermo are wining 2-1 against Livorno.

Toni
Toni
hes amazing.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

They call it the most defensive and boring league, yet you get the most goals.

Cagliari 3-0 Roma
Livorno 3-2 Brescia
Palermo 1-5 Udinese ........

very defensive and boring...

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

LOL cagliari, and Udinese... Lets see if Juve do anything suprising.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

What a surprise, a goal 2 minutes before the end, the Seria A must be one of the most boring leagues ever, everytime I check the scores teams always win by a very late goal.

AC Milan and Juventus only win 1-0?..sounds very boring.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

Seria A is the best league in the world, thats somthing everybody should agree with.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

Dont agree, dont think theres a best league.

Anyway Kingpug

04/05

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

wassup fellas !

can any of you give me the low down on sampdoria this year ?

i used to watch loads of italian football and they were always my serie a team. they had some classic players back when i used to watch them ... mancini, montella and not forgetting the legendary klinsmann for a whole 6 months !! is my memory playing tricks on me or did they also have veron and ayala ? i remeber they had loads of argentinians that went off to other teams but i dunno if my memory can be trusted.

it seems as if there having a blinder this season. are there worth there place in the table ? who are there best players these days ?

just out of curiosity, do you guys watch the italian espn channel at all ?

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

Yes they had Veron and Ayala, and if im not mistaken Ortega too.

They deserve their position at 4th place, but so do Udinese and Palermo. Theres a race at the moment and this season those 3 teams are tough nuts.

Sampdoria's star player is meant to be Flachi, also their top scorer. They have some very strong midfileders such as Volpi and Palombo. Theyve also got Doni, but hes not the same as his Atalanta years. A young player whos meant to be a star in the future is Gasbarroni, he used to be Juve property.

Theyve also got former Italy international Aimo Diana, quick winger/full back.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

i really enjoy watching serie a at the moment, apart from all the hooligan stuff of course. season should be over already, as sampdoria deserves to finish 4th (they're now ahead of udine, right?). i have been to genua a few times, it's a beatiful city and sampdoria is one of my favorites in italy.

also great to see the two ass clubs from rome losing connection to the top teams.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

Oh dear what has happend to Roma, they are in danger of relegation if they dont improve... only 6 points ahead of the relegation zone and with the worst recent form in Serie A.

LOL Totti is my new idol...Anyone see what he did?

He walked up to Colonnese and punched him, then walked by normally.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

Man hes an arse, no wonder he doesnt hold the Ballon d'Or.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

how about ibrahimovic? he showed that he has no class either by hitting cordoba when the ref turned his back.

Re: Official "Serie A" Thread

Ibrahimovic has been doing it for a while, hes very cheeky. Has been throwing small elbows around. If I remember correctly he was the same at Ajax.
