How do I get a score on the leaderboard? I'm playing songs but I can't even compare them against friends because I have no score, yet I'm sure I'm getting close to friends scores (if not beating them).

Even if it's a case of me not being good enough to get on the worldwide leaderboard, surely it should be keeping my personal best and using that to compare to friends?

For example, I can't believe PBoreham, Radiation nor Chris Bauer hasn't downloaded "Don't Look Back In Anger" because none of you have scores on the leaderboards? I've just got 84,495 on vocals for the track, which I thought was decent but apparantly I can't compare to you guys because you haven't recorded a score?

Hmmm... I've downloaded a load of DLC and have scores on them but ive not checked the leaderboards to see if they've been recorded there.

Ive just had a quick search on the official rockband forums but cant find anything that jumps out to me as its a common problem. But i could imagine that it is a common thing as online leaderboards are usually crappy.

I'll have to have a look online myself just to check if im getting your scores but you're not seeing mine

Just checked Dags and I can see your score for Don't Look Back In Anger and mine and someone elses. But on some of the other tracks that i know ive played its telling me i dont have a score registered.

My guess is i've been OFFLINE while playing a big sessions so none of my scores have been uploaded - and then later when im online ive failed to beat my previous scores so they're not being updated with the servers.

That's a guess anyway

Not sure that would apply to me because my PS3 is permanently online and I sign straight into PSN so my scores should always update.

Maybe it's because you were looking at vocals?

I only have scores worth a damn with the guitar (lead) - ive sang a bit and drummed a bit but both on easy.

Same with guitar and drums. I've looked at some of the really popular songs and apparantly none of my friends have scores on there.

But even still, surely it should still keep a record of your highest score from Quick Play somewhere? Even if you don't rank on the leaderboard anywhere, it should still show up on your friends comparison.

Ohhh... you know what - 99% of my scores have been done in solo tour - Do you think that makes a difference?

Apparantly they should also upload through Quick Play as well though, I don't think the mode matters.

A friendly retail tipster sends us word that Rock Band 2 has suddenly popped up in their computer system. Better still the listings for the Playstation 3, Wii and Xbox 360 versions are all dated:

I need to wait, but I'll probably buy GH: WT instruments. They look better to me.

Not sure what I'll do about instruments. Assuming the GH:WT instruments will work on RB2 PS3, I might get those but I'll wait til closer to the time to decide I reckon.

The pack will be 480 MSP (aka $5.99) and single tracks will be 80 MSP (aka $0.99) for the first month. From that point on the pack will be 800 MSP (aka $9.99) and the single tracks will become 160 MSP (aka $1.99). GET STOKED!

Tracks will be out on Tuesday on Xbox Marketplace and Thursday on the Playstation Store.

Been fucking awful... roll on RB2 when they start giving us some decent DLC again.

They've probably got a vault of DLC locked away, Nirvana, Led Zep, AC/DC, Metallica, Guns n Roses... arseholes!
