Weird watching it back, its almost dizzying, doesnt seem that bad playing.

KRad played on 'Extreme' level for most songs and was really impressive and Dags stepped up to Hard on the drums and apart from one song where it all went wrong, dont think he missed too much at all - very impressive again!

My throat was fucked by the end as I had been singing all day (working from home alone is pretty quiet :LOL:) anyway and was trying to hold back a bit anyway as my GF was (trying!) to get off to sleep.

I'll step up to extreme on some bass songs I reckon as its not as much fun as guitaring, but as I'm taking 2 parts, I dont mind. I had to do Reptilla on guitar though as I love playing that :D

I probably could put a mic next to the tv but the sound would be really crappy... like listening to your neighbours tv during a footie game with your tv on mute

I don't think i have a microphone that i can put against the tv - it'll be a bit awkward getting the mic to be in front of the tv's speakers as well.

Tried putting the laptop near the tv and playing and you could hear me playing the drums and the misses on the guitar more than the tv. And i thought the tv was quote loud.

So this is a good as its going to get i think - shame if you're turned off by that.

I left the song off that you failed on Dagz due to your flatmate being asleep and i left off sandman as we all got high 90's but it just wasnt a good run... like we kept missing every 20th note over and over so it looked bad.

Guitar / Bass wise... we should alternate whenever we play ... so ill go lead guitar for one song and then swap to base for the other.... oh and no connection errors or time outs as well last night. So we'll have to get JB in on this

JB has NO excuse. I've joined with Paul twice now and had zero issues, NO excuses. JB has to join us and get some part of it going.

Cheers guys! :) Thats why I love RB so much and why at £140, its worth every penny. I love singing, always have, and whilst I'm never gonna win Britains Got Talent, I makes me feel great to 'make music' - singing and playing guitar.

The game is genius! :LOL:

It is very hard to do both though as you have to virtually know the song inside out as you cannot look at the lyrics/pitch. Of the default list, there is about 7 songs at a guess, that I dont know well enough to sing/guitar - gonna have to learn them as some sounded good that you wanted to play last night (the Boston on for example).

I'll be on the PS3 later, prob for RB if anyone is around, or GRID (5 hours play non stop this morning, not enough!) if not.

Yeah i should be on tonight - the misses is watching the final of 'losers with some talent' ... why the feck are people on here singing? Get your dumb arse on X factor!

I played a few F3 races today against the ai and while i struggled to get used to the car on my second lap i had the track nailed and i came from 6th to win with some great driving.

I wish they had added friend invites though ... any chance codies have a forum where they allow you to ask for features without loads of nobs jumping in and telling you to shut your face?

Should be on tonight I reckon. Is it okay if my mate joins us for the night? He's not the best on Rock Band (struggling on medium guitar and absoloutely awful on drums) but it's be cool if he can try guitar or bass and get in the mix for a bit?

misses has gone out for the night but our daughter has decided tonight she doesn't want to sleep (probably the heat) so even though ill be online i doubt ill beable to join some online gaming

Really shocking results considering how talented some of those finalists were.

Final 3 were Signature (Michael Jackson people), and 2 kids - an opera singer and a street dancer.

Somehow, the street dancer (George) beat Signature to the title!?

Not even in the top 3 was an amazing 12 year old singer (who Simon Cowell considered a World talent), Kate and Gin (the dog) and the electro-classical group Escala.

I dont mind these kind of shows normally, but that was awesome TV!

Had a look at this weeks DLC on the rockbands forums and after seeing people excited about the tracks i thought id have a look. But the first track i saw was some anthem or something? it sounded too country and western for me.

I hope we get something better this friday... I know a lot of people will moan (Especially on the RB forums) but id like some well known quality tracks instead of more amateur or relatively unknown band tracks to please the hardcore moshing heads
