I'm guessing so you can use your middle and index finger to strum for the faster notes.

Are we PS3'ers looking to have a game tonight ?
I'm happy to play before or after 'Britain's not got talent' - after is probably best because we're not looking at the clock thinking 'shit it's nearly time for that'
I've been trying to re complete this after getting my PS3 back and got to London today. Are you still able to play songs you've not unlocked online?
Do you want me to try and record us tonight or just practise?
It'll take a bit of fannying around to get everything ready - I'll have to set up the laptop, plug everything in, check its all working ok and boot the PS3 up in SD which looks really bad. So it'd be best to know before we're online ready to record.

I'm pretty much happy with the majority of the tracks apart from Vaseline and a few others that are basically the same note for hours.
I'd suggest the singer hosts so they don't get any really nasty tracks. I've noticed a lot of online games where the singer quits a few seconds in after they see what song is picked.

Atleast you or the other person has to have played it in Solo mode. (Only If your hosting)
For example. Jay was hosting and he didnt have Run to the hills, But Mr Branyik did, but we couldnt play it as i wasnt host.

Edit: Hmmm according to Entropay I had $20 on my card. Sent $10 to my PSN wallet and it went through fine but the other $10 are a no-go for some reason
Managed to add another $5 but it just wont let me use the rest of my funds, anyone know why that is?

I know what you mean about the ease of it - i put £10 ($19ish) on and spent the lot and then ended up putting £15 ($28ish) on and ive spent all but $4 of it all.
I'll have to work out how much i have to put on to round it all off so im not left with a few dollars on my account that i cant spend

No real preference for songs, well maybe not The Police song that goes crazy speeds :shock:

Dags i saw you quit RB for a second after i sent you a message - do you know you can check messages in the game through the community tab and then manage friends. you can sent and read them there.

I wasn't lagging out or anything before - i kept accepting the invite and then twice i went to put the guitar down and i grabbed it by the neck and caught the red button to quit!

Nope, didn't know that but when I quit out and read the message, it said I can access the invite through the community tab and it was fine then.
Very odd system it uses, I see what people mean when they say the PS3 needs proper XMB messaging in-game. That's just a bit too much messing instead of just bringing up the XMB with the PS button and going to your messages.

Erm... you can see who did what at the end of each video where the scores come up but Hulk Hogan is me and i think im on lead guitar for most of the songs - i think i pkayed bass on Reptilia and The Hand That Feeds. - Daz was the drummer, and Pbb did singing and bass/lead depending where i was.

I couldn't capture audio so ive had to dub the audio on later using youtube rockband vids with 100% so they have the full song - thats why there will be a freestyle bit with no sound.
It's because it's a NTSC copy and my usb cap card with audio is PAL so i just get a blank screen when recording - My universal cap card works but it cant do audio (i bought it for still pics)
