I went to Social Club at rockstar and saw that you can automatically download to your game an exclusive list of 7 cheats. Now the good part, amongst the cheats, there is the following:

Dead Eye Level 1 - Reset your Dead Eye to level 1.
Dead Eye Level 2 - Reset your Dead Eye to level 2.

I agree with you completely that level 2 of dead eye removes a lot of the joy for the game, so I downloaded the cheats and I'm going to play all the game in level 1!!!
 
Maybe it was part of the story and its now spoilt it for everyone so they suspended him?

Are you sure that you can save the game with that cheat activated?
 
I bet they deactivate your trophies/achievement and probably screw something else up like your stats
 
Is Dead Eye level 2 when it automatically targets people? I really hate it..... I want to be able to just do slow mow shots because it felt and looked so cool.

By the way jonney, the graphics of this game won't be Riddick or God of War level because I think it will just bring too much slow down, but believe me, the game looks beautiful in HD. I think Rockstar did their best for such a huge game without sacrificing anything.

You can't save the game nor get trophies/achievements with cheats activated.

The good news is that deadeye level 3 is a combination of 1 and 2 in as much as you can target individual parts by pressing RB/R1, so of course I will simply not target individual parts and use it exactly like level 1, supposedly you unlock deadeye level 1 in
a mexico mission

Actually I was thinking the same because
it seems to be John in the duel but he has no scars and is much younger? Or you're someone else in the duel so it does seem possible it was because of a spoiler........

That's the thing I don't get. The pc can handle this game good and proper.

If your like me who has a gaming pc and a console you would understand where i'm coming from.

I might get it in the 360. sounds like a epic game but I got loads of games I need to complete!
 
I've been playing a couple of hours.
I enjoyed it, but i'm really very BAD at these kind of games.
Last night i ahad a mission where i kept on failing it misarbly. My seven year old sun asked if he could help me. He succeded immediately...afterwards we played a litle bit together (i.e. he helped me when i got stuck...). I enjoyed that, but it"s not normal that a 7 year old kid is better.
Very good game, very bad player.

ummm not telling you how to be a dad but do you think this is the best game for a 7 year old... the word fuck is used extensively not to mention the gratuitous violence, or is it in english and he does not understand?
 
It's English and he doesn't understand.
Besides that, i try to be a good guy in the game...
At the moment i haven't seen gratuitous violence. But i appreciate you mentioning it, i will look out for it.

On the other hand: he sometimes sees news editions on television...there is much gratuitous violence in the news too...and the foul language he learns at the schoolyard form older kids...

IMO it ain't no use to protect them too much. If you protect them too much, they become attracted to "bad things".

We have a very liberal way of living with our kids. Another example: when i take a bad, mostly my daughter slips in for a long chat...it's one of our favourite moments. We talk about "serious things" then...i can assure you that i don't wear a swimming suit when i take a bath.

But nevertheless: thanks. I will keep this in mind.

Just arrived in Mexico, exciting times,fortunately managed to ditch the utterly shite deadeye level 2 right away and I'm on level 3 now :)
 
Really loving this, not done hardley any of it but I just keep riding around trying to kill animals :))

I haven't zoomed to any towns yet, because I am obsessed with riding to them and seeing what animals I see on the way.

Also I love the music as you play, really adds a great atmosphere to the game.

I have spent ages on fucking poker aswell, still haven't won yet :ROLL:
 
I've gotten a bit bored of it already to be honest, just not getting that feeling to go back on my 360 and put it on like I have with games like GTA IV, Mass Effect 2 and games like PES/FIFA.
