It still seems as if they're not adding lower-league teams - Konami need to understand that there's a lot of people who aren't plastic fans and actually support their local teams, and want to play as them on the game.
Admittedly there's a bigger market for those plastic fans who support a team in a city they've never lived in and have hardly been to any of their matches but claim to be a "fan" of the team, and then use the old "well i've supported them all my life" bollocks, twats... anyway, enough of the ranting on glory hunters
I'd be a lot more likely to buy PES if I could actually play as the team I support (Coventry) in a proper league structure with the player attributes well researched.
There's more to football than the matches between teams full of superstars, which are the only ones where PES shows it's main good point - player individuality.
In the matches between not-so-good teams, most of the players seem to play the same (slow, can't hit simple passes with consistent power, can't shoot etc.), unless a player has a big reputation and has played for a top team before in their career the attributes they have on PES just seem like guesswork, like the people who set the attributes have never seen the player play.
