didnt really expect konami to fix all the problems in 1 year,this to me is their 1st real next gen title. hopefully it will improve in next few years to get it back to where the ps2 game was

Looks good to me. Hard to tell from just a video though, nothing will be confirmed until I can play the demo at the very least. Overall I'm pretty happy.

I like it so far. Animations and ball physics look much better than 2009.
We need better quality videos to judge it 100% .
But i must say im NOT disappointed. Looks good for me. I'm optimistic.
Waiting for good quality vids.

Oh yeah. As a PC gamer, FIFA10 is not even on the table. Moreover, early reports are saying that PES2010 is "clearly" graphically superior on PC compared to the PS3 version...

But then again we are comparing a $1,500 rig to a $299 console (very tempting price by the way).... but from what I saw from the FIFA10 presentation at the FIFA10 forum (I can't link there), it's VERY intriguing.

I can't see benefit of Mo-cap ! Same shiti movements, same game ! Adam just kiss Konami's ass whit his podcast .

Just watched the "other game" presentation..holy crap what a difference....we are still way too generous when it comes to pes...3 full years into next gen gaming and we still get a very average game. NO other gamer would ever accept that ps1 animation syste..only a pes hardocre adamish player...

Thinking about it from a different angle, with the likes of nba2k, MBLthe show, NHL giving us innovation in all aspect of the game, PES is still somehow stuck in the past. Not enough evolution and more then that there is no sign of the "WoW" feeling.

I suppose that 80% build means 80% build unlike yesteryear when it pretty much meant the final build knudge knudge wink wink. With 200 extra people in the team I'm sure they can get jobs done a lot more effeciently. Maybe they'll be able to squeeze in a few extra animations.

With reagrds to the video, the graphics are superb first and foremost. The animations are mixed bag, some look great and others look very PES like. Although for those pes die hards, enjoy them while they last as they look like they'll soon be gone for good... no more robot dancing down the wings :(

Looking forward to seeing some higher resolution videos

el juego con el mando en las manos, es bastante mejor la verdad.

quien coño ha contratado a esos que juegan?? no tienen ni idea???
es como poner a 2 paletos a conducir un ferrari!!

Would it be too much to ask for a different scoreboard....they have been using the same one for a decade...

Overall i am not impressed, it does feel like the same pes, passes are way to scripted and players transition too angular. Pace seems too linear as well. I guess i played this game way too much throughout the years and i need some new stuff. Same refined things are not enough.

Yes may be the game is not bad , ye is better PES 2009 but it's not "ALL NEW GAME " That is just Update of PES 2009 . I expected all new animations , new dribling , new movements , new gameplay but it's all same !

The ball physics and running animations are the things that are holding this game back.

To be honest I thought it looked a lot better than 2009.

But those running animations really spoil the whole look and feel.

Please speak English my friend, just like we all do :)
Adam from WENB says there is NO way to change the net-color and net-shape. He looked into the editor and it is not there.
He also looked in the settings just before the match and it isn't there either.
Where can you change the nets? Or was this just fantasy?

Oh yeah... I guess I should have preserved the words "BLOWN AWAY" to describe my reaction watching that "other game" presentation.

But then again EA have always been masters of PR. That presentation had Hollywood editing skills all over it... but still v.v.v.impressive.

the tactics video, that's an upgrade over Pes 2009

This is a completely different game to me, animations are a lot better, except running (i hope they will sort it out before release :PRAY:)

I'll make a few comments regarding what your seeing.

This is a much cut down version of the game with only 6 teams and lots of other features missing, a GC custom demo if you like.

its showing at a pace far faster than the code we have...make of that what you will.

The game we have here looks better than that obviously the hideous shaky cams aren't helping, hopefully we will get a better video soon.

My Spanish is poor but I think he said the videos don't do the game justice and the people playing have no idea.

The official blog has been updated and Seabass mentions a new trailer, probably at 12pm along with the Konami event I guess.

I agree. And as cammey said : it takes down the whole feel of the game.
In my opinion nothing was wrong with the animations of pes6. As soon as pes went next gen the animations got worse.

I would have been content with pes6 animations, maybe 1 or 2 extra animations, and a polished up look.
Now the game just looks.....weird.

Time for me to upgrade my pes6 with the iss 08/09 patch, wait for the september update and play some more of that game.
Not a bad game at all, seeing that im playing it since 2006.

I don't mind those vid's it's not mind blowing but I don't think anyone said they would be, looks a little fast but with vid's like that you can't tell, and with differing screens and ratios the same game can look faster or slower...
