And you people wonder why we can’t have good things, just look at what they did at 0:45 and that’s from the E3 build. Now we can see where they get their feedback from. No wonder why the demo is worse. Even the animations look sped up now with perfect first touches.

man, i want to see the outrage if i was attending one of these events and set my controlles to full manual! :D

I just tried to watch a youtube gameplay vid (Inter-Monaco) as it popped up as a suggested video.

Saw 2 perfect, first-touch backheels in the opponent's box by Eder and Brozovic...and I closed the tab.

What are the odds...
I watched it about an hour ago and even though the pace is good and @103SpooKy style is similar to mine and I liked the video overall, I find it surprising that nobody has even mentioned the fact that the CPU ONLY attacked 2 times -ON SUPERSTAR- yet they managed to score one goal. While Spooky had about 6 scoring chances, yet he scored the same as the CPU. Oh and, during the first 10 minutes of the match, the CPU strung several first time passes with perfect accuracy. So, even though this video has been the most enjoyable to watch out of the last bunch we got the past couple of days, we got these glaring issues that are hard to overlook.

The backheels... well, we'll have to get used to it, there's just no way around it. Konami seems to think they look super cool.

I did notice the same thing from the AI in regards to perfect first time ping pong passing. Did turn me off a little. Though we have to remember, Superstar isn't really an authentically realistic or fair difficulty, it's just scripting on crack.

Top player is a bit more balanced and challenging and I even get my arse kicked on professional.
If PES 2018 is any indicator then my sweet spot would be manual passing and shooting on professional difficulty in terms of balance and challenge without all the ninja football BS of superstar.

Goalkeepers diving to pick up a ball when they could easily stay stood up pick up the ball and still floating in air. Been like this for years. They must think it isn't a problem along with back heels which ruined 2018 for me. :OH:

That's it man!!! thank you for sharing this video and that moment. It's nothing more to say about it! Today's video games has to be easy and not allowed to give you some kind of challenge. I saw YouTuber the end a video game like uncharted with a speedrun. Wtf??? Give this person an old ps2 resident evil and let him try it with a speed run...

Chile on the same day as Scotland

Theres no Scotland in that pic, hope it's not a hint that there's nothing from here to announce.

The picture is probably by PES Latam which mainly or only advertises the events in South America

TLDR : NO MORE MONEY FOR KONAMI FROM ME

Football gaming for me this year will be this :

PES 2018 with Matt10L suggestions + incas suggestions with continuation of my 205 slot squad and as close to MLO recreation without the usual frustratrions that starting a new game with minimal GP will bring

PES 2018 1.5...er I mean PES 2019 - will take a look when free 2 play and then consider playing again in 2020.

PES 2013/14 - will dabble with this too because PES 2018 screwed me over last night in ML with another 90+2 goal against me.

Also if the konami guys are here take note of this. As a supporter of your franchise over the years with false hopes I bought a total of 10 copies of PES 2018 (at discounted prices).

You let me win the games you want me to win in MyClub. Your failure to match me with manualers in MyClub comps is an ignorance to a key part of the community.

Your failure to tackle lag cheats since I reported in 2013. Just Lol.

Thanks

Alx you posted every day during pes 16 about how you wouldn't be getting pes 17, still got it and on 3 platforms, again during pes 17 going on every day about not getting pes 18, buys 10 copies apparently and now your not getting 19...

why did the cpu sub in another winger for another winger at 75 min mark when inter was down one man? didnt even use up the last substitution and change the shape by replacing dmf and putting on another striker. game is going to be plagued by strange cpu ai awareness when it comes to tactics
I mean...when was WE7I/PES3? 15 years ago? And in that game if A.I. is losing they’ll change formation, take off defender put on an attacking player, turn attack/defense all the way up. That was 15 years ago....let that sink in

I knew offline wasn’t going to be for me because of stupid basic football elements that were once in the game and now gone but I’m still looking forward to trying multiplayer. Hopefully those really assisted vids were on higher pass levels. I’d like to enjoy some matches with friends online. But clearly myClub gonna be and end to end fest playing ppl who use higher Assist

Sad because I really like what I’m seeing with shooting and the ball physics and I bet star players feel really good

B, I am with you. I have 0 idea how I will enjoy 2019, offline is insanely boring with the lack of modes. ML is the same, BAL is dead, Random selection is fun against a friend and it can be fun for a few games like a replacement of exhibition.
Online is just rubbish, the only thing left for me is COOP, but if they haven't added network restrictions and player + A.I. matchmaking restrictions, the mode will be a frustrating mess...

Oh well... lets hope the demo is decent and those last videos are just playing with my emotions...

Spooky play PES since.. ever.. we were having hundreds if not thousands of hours with him on PES6 2 vs 2 from original Konami's servers to PES6J and etc. Then he started his youtube "carrier". So I do trust him. About PES 2018, I am one of the most critical hardcore PES fan , even painful and brutally critical. That's why LAMI was banning me over the years. I hate almost every PES after the PS2 era except PES 2013 and I also think that PES 2018 is a good football game, not perfect there are many problems, but is one of the best.

The only thing that a little worries me about Spooky is that whenever we have spoken or commented on a new PES, He has always been positive for every new PES :D at least at the beginning.

Like I said, My background is that I loved PS2 PES for the realism and fun it gave me. I didn't really like any of the PS3 era PES games. I despise them all, PES13 was the worst piece of trash to me. I see the post you quoted got deleted and thats because this is getting sidetracked again. The guy was talking from his perspective in how he feels. That I frickin hated PES2008 til PES2014 but I'm back on track since PES2015 onwards doesn't make me untrustworthy of some sorts. If in the end you feel different about it, like you do on PES2018 which is the first PES i genuinely liked since PES6 therefore the 2000 hours of playtime. How do I need to justify that? Thats why I started my first post here with my background of what I hated and what I liked in the history of PES. So that you can make your own assumptions comparing my views to in whatever bandwagon people are themselves.

I really had a great back and forth with someone about this on Reddit who talked about Evo-web. Keep it clean for everyone guys <3 much love

Watched your video and been reading your impressions @103SpooKy

Have to ask, how did you feel about Freekicks, did you find them perhaps too easy? You scored from 1 and hit the bar from 2 more in the same match, I must've scored 1 in my entire time on '18.

I'm also not a fan if how the camera stays behind your player after the ball is hit as it's disorienting when it comes to the camera switching back for a rebound. One of those things they changed without giving you an option in the settings screen.

Yep!! this was personally my only complaint which felt out of balance. Freekicks were almost PES2018 online beta borderline easy. Everything felt good in balance but I scored like 4 freekicks overall, and my mate, usually not a good freekick taker in PES2018 even scored a 35m Messi belter. In that online beta I scored 3 per game which was borderline crazy. But this was the only thing that stood out as unbalanced for me personally in my first 5 hours of playtime

In case it wasn't noticed:
to everyone involved in playing demos, has "really stated" a degree in light? Has really appreciated a fatigue increasing?
Did really see anyone limping, or moaning about an injury?

1) No

2/3) See the second video https://www.evo-web.co.uk/threads/p...s-digs-instant-ban.78940/page-59#post-3290094

After 75. minutes of constant attacking and no substitutions Schalke's midfield was pretty much non-existent.
(but only one injury in about four hours playing).

Brothers any news about Konami tour in Turkey? Everybody want turkish league in latest PES

I don't know how can be accepted to see that fucking Camp Nou, arised to the saintity for lighting changing, with that disgusting fixed shadow in the middle of the field.

Some sloppy play here. But I was just trying angles and seeing the effect. As you could ofcourse limit yourself to just play what you know, but you want to know what the game is capable of. vs AI again on Superstar difficulty

Is 2019 more responsive than 2018? Because in 2018 I have to set it on +1 speed to even enjoy the game. Feels like playing in mud otherwise.

The defensive ai still looks poor. Some of the comp ai is like they are doing the hokey cokey on steroids, they do not know if they want to attempt to close down the player with the ball or run back somewhere else. Some of it is all over the place, just like in 2018. The comp defensive ai has been a mess since they implemented the new tactical settings imo.

@Volun @103SpooKy I want to ask you both one simple question:
Now that you've played it, and a few hours/days have passed by, would you recommend us to pre-order PES 2019? Or would you say it's best if we waited until the full game is out to see if some of the things we've been talking about here have been fixed for release?. Not like we're going to pre-order it and then blame you. It's just a supposition. Would you say that what you played is that good to recommend a friend of yours to buy it right away?.
