Yep, it is. You can already see that at the Demo files.I'd bet my pants that this is just one scoreboard, with a league specific overlay

"The massive blow to Konami sees the 19 licensed clubs and 3 stadiums in PES 2018 reduce to only 19 licensed clubs and 3 stadiums in PES 2019!""HUGE BLOW to Konami as EA announces EXCLUSIVE deal with Serie A"
I'm surprised that konami doesn't,given that they use San Siro/Meazza as two stadiums,pull the same stunt with Olimpico and sell that as two stadium,would increase stadium list..."The massive blow to Konami sees the 19 licensed clubs and 3 stadiums in PES 2018 reduce to only 19 licensed clubs and 3 stadiums in PES 2019!"
(We all know it's really only two though!)
Don't give them ideas!I'm surprised that konami doesn't,given that they use San Siro/Meazza as two stadiums,pull the same stunt with Olimpico and sell that as two stadium,would increase stadium list...
It's not even copy/paste. It'a a fixed place on the scoreboard where automatically the actual League Logo is placed on (or PES Logo in Kickoff Mode).Copy/paste a logo to the same scoreboard? Really.. This is tragic and rather funny
That is... insulting... They really think the PESFANS are idiots... All these new features are just trolling jokes.
Nah, each league has their own presentation package that broadcasters can use or not. Neither Sky nor BT use the official Premier League broadcast package that you see elsewhere and is replicated in FIFA.They would probably need some kind of deal with broadcasters as well to replicate the scoreboards. Or they just can't be arsed. Either way, hardly high on the list of deal breakers.
It is funny though:
Konami: 16 teams; 0 stadiums
EA: 3 teams; 1 stadium

Really? Is this confirmed? Not fussed about this in and of itself but it again speaks volumes about effort put in. If all "new" leagues are like this... Hooo boy. Getting the popcorn ready for the backlash already!Heh, Not One Face in RPL in 19

PES2019 = PES5!
