Well, my Specs can't be the problem. Btw. I experience slow downs when I'm playing Camp Nou at Day/Fine while running on the bottom touch line. FPS still up at 144fps but for moments the game runs like in slow-mo.

- Geforce GTX 980 Ti
- i7-6700k @ 4,00GHz
- 32 GB RAM
- 2560x1440, 144Hz
Have you tried locking the FPS to 60 to see if that's the problem?

The demo's running nicely for me maxed out with Dynamic Resolution & Motion Blur turned off because they suck. My Gsync monitor is 4k but it only runs at 60FPS plus I didn't have Rivatuner OSD display turned on so I'm not entirely sure what the framerate was but it felt silky smooth and looked awesome.

I'm using the 398.36 Geforce drivers and tried both of the stadiums with day/night settings and had no problems.

Problem already solved :) -> PC Thread

Finally tried playing a few matches on the demo, straight away I can tell the game is good. I was happy that many people mentioned PA1 was semi-assisted, but apparently is not, it's still fully assisted like before. Keepers are OP when stopping low shots but I suppose that's better than letting all low shots go in. Just hope they tone down the scripting in master league and I'll be enjoying this game this year.

Funny, every low shot I've tried has just crept under the keeper and in. Was starting to think they needed to be nerfed.

Having played for a good few hours, both on and offline, I’m feeling good and cautiously optimistic.

More fouls, more variety from AI, no online lag, and (gasp) even penalties!

Tactics from AI seem a bit off, as noted in the sideline video posted previously, but told feels more varied than 2018.

With the usual caveats, mostly around ML (where I spend almost all of my of my time), I’m looking forward the full release.

Sorry but I have to come back to this. Gonna catch you all at once. ;)
All that PC trouble talk, the latest comments... (and I’m sure it’s going on)... come on. ;)
Hope you all get your machines fixed and set up to fully enjoy ASAP.
Meanwhile... on PS4... this is for the players... ;)

Don’t hate me. Just mucking around! :)

In the meantime...
Just know that we can set the matches to any amount of minutes we want. And we can tweak cameras already.
Because... Real players play on PC :LMAO:

Second night of playing and I'm not as impressed.

Does anyone else think it feels really clunky sometimes? Animations take an age to finish and can look quite janky & jarring on occasion, much more so than last year.

CPU A.i is starting to bug me, they score the same goals over & over.....low cross/pass in to the box then smashed in the top corner from close range. I don't think I've seen them take a pop from outside the box in 30 odd games?
I noticed this about the AI goals .why can’t fifa or pro evo create decent AI?

Played a few games on both pc and PS4.

Online was lag free and enjoyable until I met France who just pressured be everyone I recieved the ball. Like 3 players swarming me.

Not sure if it's my lack of pes experience as I can't even work out how to bring in a second player.

Enjoying it, a refreshing change from last year's efforts by both games.

Ok i don t know what was that but seems that either loris karius is his real life self, and makes a fool of himself, or the gk are bugged in this game watch and see.....just when i started to enjoy the game i score this goal...

For the first time in a few years manual passing seems more difficult. Probably a good thing in the long run but for now i've actually had to change it to PA1.

I haven't played enough to form an opinion yet but the saved formation slots still being limited to the three is asinine.

I've only managed a few games of Schalke vs Colo Colo so far so this may change the more I play but so far;

+ No defender catch up, once I'm away with Embolo then there's no catching him.
+ Passing seems a bit better, still plenty of work needs doing in my opinion but the passing is slightly less perfect. This could just be improved interceptions though to be honest.
+ Veltins Arena looks nice

- Keeper won't come off his line. The outcome of this is that unless I mess up the shot directiion, I score every one on one as the keeper won't narrow the angle or put me under any pressure.
- AI rigidly sticking to it's tactics to the point where it looks ridiculous. Ignoring completely open players in the middle to go down the flanks.
- Where's the atmosphere? I know they're exhibition games but I've heard better atmosphere at a funeral. A misplaced Colo Colo pass got cheered louder than any of my goals
- Keepers still need major work, just standing there watching as a tame looping header loops into the far corner with no effort to even attempt to go for it.

The keeper not coming off the line and tactic thing are frankly game breaking and in a perfect world the game wouldn't be allowed on sale until they fixed it. Only in gaming can you get away with selling products that are basically broken and not fit for purpose. For all their faults I'd be confident that EA Would patch 2 obvious issues like that but I've zero confidence that Konami will fix it.

I dont know why people say its easy (maybe im just bad) but for me its challenging, i play all my games as an away team. FR(CPU) - ARG is a real challenge.

Had some lovely games this morning before work, was definitely having a bad time last night for some reason, session variance I guess & tiredness as felt like a different game today.

I still think this is the roughest demo we've had in year's from Konami. Lot's of bug's & oddities going on. Reminds me of the PES 14 leaked demo in that regard, very rough around the edges but promising nonetheless.

is anyone able to play online? for me i can t connect to pes servers, says its under maintenance or there is a network problem...anyone?

There's work to be done here, they're very one dimensional in the demo. They need to shoot from distance more often and stop using the wings as the only means of attack.

They have this annoying habit on the flanks of dribbling around in circles if you stand off them, it's comical and almost certainly a bug as it goes on for a good 20 seconds like the game is stuck in a looped animation. Weird

I set you a challenge all until the final game comes out.

Game: (H) France (cpu) - (A) Argentina (player)
Goal: Revenge the WC18 game and beat France with 3 or more goals to prove Argentina worthy for the WC trophy.
Deadline: August 28.
Difficulty: Superstar
Form arrows: Random
Injury: on
Passing Assistance: Level 1 or Manual
Shooting: No restrictions
