Have you tried restarting?:LMAO:
Seriously though, what are your specs?
Well, my Specs can't be the problem. Btw. I experience slow downs when I'm playing Camp Nou at Day/Fine while running on the bottom touch line. FPS still up at 144fps but for moments the game runs like in slow-mo.

- Geforce GTX 980 Ti
- i7-6700k @ 4,00GHz
- 32 GB RAM
- 2560x1440, 144Hz

I had 1 or 2 "odd backheels" in a total of 5-6 matches. Maybe i'm blind haha

Weird but i dont see them either.
Shooting could have more variety in error tho, most shots are still on target no matter what. Im enjoying the defending part tho more. The dribbling is proper risk and reward now, you have to time your burst.

Huh well, you got some pics of that shadow thing?

Although their are some significant visual and minor gameplay improvements the basic fundamentals are still flawed. In recent years I've never played full price for a PES game at launch and this year will be no different. Personally I don't think PES 2019 is going to be worth the £40+ pricetag, so I'll wait and pick it up for around £25 a few weeks after.

Edit
Just spotted the PC standard edition on humble bundle for £26, that's good enough for me:BOP:

i felt the skills faster, they tend to be more useful this year.

Lol, such a quick turn of events.

To everyone having the ghosting issues, are you all using HDR? I've tried all settings, running at medium and high with dynamic res on and off, makes no difference, it will come back eventually.

I think it could be an HDR issue. Also, even if you have the HDR box checked in the settings (PC) after going through the rigmarole of turning it on in Windows, it won't kick in unless you also keep it on in Windows. It should automatically switch like other games do.

Anyway, I suggest maybe trying it with the HDR box unchecked and no HDR and see if the issue still occurs. Maybe a few of us could try that out to test it?

The game disappointed, to much fest and the AI are broke on defense. another year of nothing to me on football
, fifa 19 going to be like 18 so either game will good..

Oh look, it's Jose's wall. Might be something in your Nvidia Control Panel settings by the looks of it. Tried resetting them?
From the get-go I started the Demo without any settings and the problem occurs. I tried every possible setting and nothing changes ingame. As I'm not the only on in this forum with that kind of problem, it should be a game problem.

First, I was impressed by how much different feals compere with PES 2018, I saw a lot of new animations touches, that makes players look more alive. Makes more bad touches, movements and I first liked what I see but how much more I play I get more frustrated with the game. To much long animation lock that again PES looks more like click and point adventure that like Heavy Rain. All that what I hate in PES 2014-2016. Most of times players react like blind. The ball is near there 1 sm from them, they do not do anything to get it or stop it, or another extreme case that they run and got or win the ball itself I was doing nothing. Again the best defense tactics are to do nothing :D
Good sides are dribbling and ... the ball physics but defense side is fucked up. They feel first more light and fast reaction but.. that is all fake feeling because just one turn and you are so out of place and far from the right position. My English is bad and I can't explain my feels very well but.. I have so much mix feeling. Yes is a different game, feel different compere with PES 2018 but I'm not sure is for good or worst.

BTW I think the game is a bit faster that PES 2018.

Yep I get it as well..seems when I turn Nvidia Ansel on & then off again the problem goes away

My impressions after 10 matches.

-Very fast gameplay, movement and balls speed, even in -1 speed.
-Floaty feel of players, no inertia and weight
-Graphics are nothing close to reality, oversaturated colors and fake eyestretcing grass. If you look closely, players and ball levitate 5 cm over the grass.
-Ping pong passing game, no midfield battles, no physical game at all

The good things are:
-Ball retains spin and feels more loose and deflects on bodies
-Some animations added
-Net physics

Generally, a step backward compared to PES 2018, which is more close to the real sport.

People on Reddit are saying that the shadow issue disappears if you turn on Dynamic Resolution in the settings.

I've been online on PS4Pro 343 with Liverpool I really like the stamina system well done Konami, I brought on subs to continue the wing back position and the fresh players were dealing with dangerman Messi by doubling up and musuling him off the ball because my opponent was not stop dribbling with Messi all match.

How anyone can think 18 is better than this is beyond me..i liked 18 after last patch but this is better in every department.
Oh and they fixed manual player run left 1 and right stick. It reacts immediately and us useable this year

It's far less end to end
I'm having fouls every game
The new animations are spot on

Really great demo ..hope they don't fuck it up

Sounds like it.
I had the same problem, but setting the render settings to high and enabling dynamic resolution fixed it for me (GTX 1060). However, setting the render settings to "medium", this problem didn't occur.
Did this problem occured for you also on "medium" settings?

btw: is there a "demo expander tool"? :D 5mins are way too short...

I play on high and the only problem I have is FPS drops in Celebrations.

Played a few games this evening online with some friends - quite easy to manipulate the system to make sure we were playing against each other by having it set to full manual and searching at exactly the same time - but it's been a fantastic experience online. A few really close games, a few 0-0's and the last gasp winners. I managed to not have a single shot on goal across 2 consecutive games and still found it super enjoyable.

I know it was spoken about towards the tail end of PES 2017 on here but did anyone ever look to setup a full manual league? I know Deco and a few others who were active contributors in the Master League thread were all quite keen but I took some time away from forums with the release of PES 2018.

If anyone was keen to look at manual league let me know - I'm certainly keen to get one going with the release of PES 2019.
