PES 2019 Demo Impressions Thread

My first impression on PC is that the controls aren't very fluid or I think there's some sort of input lag. Could be me, could be the game but that's what I take from a few games already played. I'll continue to play and see if it's just me being picky lol.

Yeah, I'm getting a lot more freekicks but no penalties, and no injuries, only the "recieving treatment" stuff. This needs to be improved if you want to play ML. It's been said a lot and it's really obvious but it makes no sense to have all of this in a game that is 20 years old and not in a game releasing in 2018.
 
Decent game. I enjoyed whatever 5 minutes I played, very disappointed that we couldn’t get more time with it. From what I have played, I would have liked a better collision system, more active and a creative attacking AI. I still do think the game is slow which is good, so for that I will buy it.
 
First impression - on the pitch looks great - like sweetfx built in

gameplay-wise...initial feeling is that this is just PES 2018. i'll play some more

so same feeling on XB, PS and PC. if anything changes on PC, i'll post.
 
Played in both stadiums and both conditions day/night no glitches for me. Render settings on high blooming off, didnt touch nvidia settings. Loosing fps in cutscenes because of my weak processor 2.4 ghz only. Game looks more more beautiful in hd than 2018 and plays too.
 
Im very satisfied with the gameplay. Didn't face too much backheels as some of you were talking. Liked the graphics, even the player shapes, the body contact seems to be improved, game looks a little bit fast on some attack plays, but its ok. Had a match with 7 fouls for Liverpool and just 1 for me, which is "new" based on 2018 "0 fouls".

I enjoyed the new animations for passing and crossing, wich gives a perception of "fluidness" in gameplay.

I usualy use full manual for offline, but since its just 5min match i've played with PA1, and have to say that it is pretty "ok" for me.

I dont know, i just want to have fun this year, and i think i will.

I do! I posted issue couple of pages before but no solution. Are you using PS4 slim as well? And are coolers working overtime on it? I only noticed because it never happened before and I can hear coolers working now. Was trying to find a way to fix it but no luck and I was worried it was only me.

Today i received a penalty, after 30 or 40 matches played in demo. Don't know how it compares to Pes 2018 considering these are 5 minute matches and in Pes 2018 i received a total of 4-5 penalties in thousand of matches i played with 10 minutes settings, but it seems more frequent.

I downloaded the demo. Ran it. First match, I selected Argentina VS France at Veltins Arena in Day/Fine.
First thing is noticed is that glitch. I tried changing cameras but it was still there (except in Blimp camera, obviously). So I quit the match. Selected the same teams, same options, then went into Settings>Render Settings and set it all to HIGH, and went back to play the match. The glitch is still there.

It's like the Stadium's shadow is out of place and follows the camera. I didn't try other stadiums.
At that point I just quit the game.

Another reason for me to hate this whole PES season. Since it was announced with that trailer. It's been the worst experience with PES for me since 2014, and I really hated that one.

All that PC trouble talk, the latest comments... (and I’m sure it’s going on)... come on. ;)
Hope you all get your machines fixed and set up to fully enjoy ASAP.
Meanwhile... on PS4... this is for the players... ;)
