According to Konami's website, I don't think it has Arabic. I think that's what you're after?
Yeah mate UK version doesn't have arabic but I'm hoping that there is Japanese. Please God.

being American with a good economy you don't realize how good you have it, we take PC and new Playstation games for granted. hopefully things get better in all these countries nobody should have such hard challenges.

Yeah man. I won't be able to play it tomorrow for I'll be out until like 11 pm for work and with my connection I'll never donwload it before tomorrow morning. A true pain in the ass..
