It does look a little like FIFA, that's true but it certainly isn't playing anything like FIFA.
It's clearly has a lot of personality to it, players are all moving differently unlike in FIFA where everyone seems to be the same, everyone moves the same, dribbles the same, shoots the same, this is FIFA 15, just looks like a slower version of 2014 with all the same flaws.
I see where people are coming from but it's not a FIFA copy, i'd say it's PES 6 HD on 360 degree's.
Infact I am starting to think by going all the way back to PES 6 is causing the problems here with animations, they seem to be trying hard to preserve space between players like in the older games. PES 2013 looked smoother a times in terms of movement, not nearly as good in terms of engine and animations, one issue is the spiriting doesn't look great here, players go from jog to sprint a little too quickly and it looks weird, much like PES 2014.
PES 2013 had the best system for this type of movement.
@ Tinker mate, i'm really not happy with these tactics, it's far to vague to have 3 thresholds for values like offside trap and player positioning. The sliders where important to emphasize how much a team would play towards a style. This is my biggest worry, players seem so, so far apart like in PES 6, seems too basic for me.
For example, Barcelona, Swansea, Ajax, Arsenal, Villarreal, Benfica, Manchester City, Tottenham.
All play possession based football, however the 1-20 values and the 14-20 shows how extreme each team would stick to their tactic:
So you would have Barcelona at 20, Swansea at 20-18 (2012) Ajax at 19, Arsenal at 18-16, same with Villarreal and then Spurs and Benfica at say 14, they play possession football but it's not as strict compared to Barcelona, they can vary it up.
If you just have 3 values, you will have little difference between teams like Barcelona and Benfica which is just wrong. That is what i fear.
