PES 2015 Discussion Thread (PS4/XB1)

Well the vids look really good.

can someone tell me if there is 2 vs 2 online possible in pes 2015, so to play friends online 2 vs 1, 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2?

and was there any lag in 14 online?

I am in South Africa on a 10 mbps line and manage just fine to play online.

The game was marginally slower but not unplayable by a long shot so I am calling bullshit on it being unplayable. I play on European servers btw.

Also this was about 3 weeks ago

I need to add though, its nowhere near the buttery smooth poo that is FIFA 14 next gen. The fluidity and conmection on that was amazing most of the time

Yes! Need to see this. Wide camera is for children.

I wouldn't say that. I would however, like to see someone tinkering with the custom camera. Last year I was able to lower the camera to a nice height but wasn't really able to zoom it out far enough, for my liking. Hopefully the custom cam gives us more latitude this year.

Will get the game regardless of what will happens. And if the PC version isn't equal in term of gameplay and features to the CG consoles (couldn't care less about graphics), i'll enjoy it on my cousin & uncle's PS4 instead, simple as that. Life is busy, gaming is like my side-hobby these days.

Re: PES 2015 Discussion Thread (PS4/XB1)rg

Hey boy, I believe you're 13 years old and do not understand me completely.
I judge only by what I see, it has nothing to do with hate, why also?
I give every year Pes and Fifa a chance, I will test me both demos intensive.

I get by konami or Ea no money, it's just my opinion, I should probably write it here or? I judge only videos, but it looks just after typical Fifa and that makes me just not fun.

I'm 52.years old and i largely agree with his post.

Re goals compilation:

Still some shocking keeper animations in there.

They still dive with two hands all the time. That animation has been in there since ISS and looked shite then.

That's the only negative for me but it's the same bug bear I've had since PES08 and onwards.

So for me the keepers still need work .

Iniesta's head does indeed appear huge, but let's not forget, this is off screen footage, it's being recorded at an angle, this should be obvious given Iniesta's legs appear shriveled and mutated.

The same philosophy can be applied to the trolls claiming the graphics are awful. Check out the direct feed footage or better yet, wait until you play it on your own TV.

Do you not think that PES 2015 coming out so late has something to do with PS4 and a firmware update that allows the editing to take place. Maybe they are waiting for USB compatible firmware to release the game so we can edit

I think all the positivity is valid but I'm still concerned about the arrow-like shots. Those kinds of shots are exciting sure but it's been a real annoyance of the PES-series over the past few years for me that it's easier to hit a shot hard in and around the target than it is to get one veer off-course. Many of the goal-compilations goals are those type of shots and I'm concerned about how easy they look (I stress 'look')

If you look at a lot of the goals then it's just this kind of straight shot where the ball neither curls nor moves much and that's what I mean by 'arrow-like'.

I agree. It's been a bugbear of mine over the years too. Shooting in PES lacks variety and freedom. Curled shots, dipping shots and finesse shots all need improving also. In recent years, too many shots hit the woodwork as well.

My main concern is the velar lack of fouls in those videos.

I only saw sliding tackles resulting in fouls, wich worries me a lot.

no i dont believe him. not because he is a hardcore FIFA player but he is not me and im the one who is buying the product. and many guys praised PES 2014 even here and they are still praising and that game man......u know what im mean? matter of taste. waiting for demo...

Of course, but what was my point is ... another thing is that he does not need to be praising a game to try to fool anyone.
Obviously expect the demo and judge yourself, it's what we do around here all right?

:BOP:

There's almost no physicality in the game so I'm not surprised that there weren't more standing fouls. I mean, look, the players seem like they are slathered with Vaseline :/ They bump into each other and then slip to the side and go past the opposition :X

That's a good thing. Too much physicality in football games in recent years, in my opinion.
