Personnally i don't know how works the multiconverter sorry, but if someone is used to... You can try by yourself too ;)
 
Found something inside the forums. ps3 to pc and back

Here is my little tutorial for ps3 users, hope this helps people a bit to understanding how it works.

Prepare your Bruteforce Tool
1) Copy your PES 2014 "BLES01930EDIT" Folder in Bruteforce Folder
2) Start Bruteforce Tool
3) Now your Savegame must loaded automaticly and click on your Savegame or search manually for right folder location
4) click Decrypt PFD --> Now you have a decryptet PS3 OF DATA
5) Convert your decrypted PS3 OF Data with smeagols Converter Tool to PC OF Data (use ps3 tab)
6) Start PRO EVO Editing Studio Tool and Encrypt PC Edit.bin with cabrys tool
7) Now you can open PC Encrypted PC Edit.bin with PRO EVO Editor. Happy Editing!
8) After finishing your editing work we must decrypt PC Edit.bin with cabrys tool
9) Convert your decrypted PC OF EditBin with smeagols Converter Tool back to PS3 Format (use ps3 tab)
10) Copy your new PS3 DATA.BIN back in your BLES01930EDIT Folder
11) On Bruteforce click Encrypt PFD & Verify PFD
12) Now we have finally enrypted the PS3 OF Data
13) Copy your Option File back on Console
14) Run PES 2014 & Have Fun with your OWN Editing Option File

The problem is: couldn't install bruteforce save data

I know it is stupid, but I know for a fact the Brazilian TW is still open and the league hasn't started again. They should release another transfer update in a months time, but I think that is wishful thinking knowing Konami.

No transfers in Brazilian League at all, so Pato still in SC Corinthians, Forlán and Damião still in Internacional, Adriano not in Atlético-PR, lots of brazilians who were playing abroad and are now playing playing in Brazil again totally absent...

Argentina League seems to be updated, though. Perroti is already in Boca Juniors

I agree it should be done, but they haven't done it because the league hasn't started. Konami's logic.
 
so...stats have been changed in brasil i.e., Ronaldinho + at Place Kicking and Controlled Spin. I guess its the AFC CL + Copa which didn't get an update.

What's the difference between that and other option files available? Is the second division limited to English championship teams? Id love a Serie b or dutch second division.

True would actually prefer spanish 2nd division but they hard to find.

This option file is compatible with the latest patch

Yeh Serie b or Spanish div 2 would be great even though I'm a leeds fan, there was a Serie b out for 2013 but I can't remember who made it. Thanks anyway buddy.
