Konami should just abandon the in game music. No reason to have music in a football game and Konami have terrible taste anyway. Waste of resources that could be used elsewhere.

Thats why we the fans demanded change. And by the sound of things change has arrived so u dont need to worry too much as this will feel more like manager mode (dont know how long u will be aloud to manage as this is new to 2014). I gues this time if u run out of money or dont meet targets u will be fired and maybe big clubs might not want u so smaller ones come for u, or if u r successful big clubs might want u or even international teams. So yeah old pes "GAME OVER" senario was wierd.

:LOL: it's not like they even use the most popular types of music. Really a sound less menu isn't a crime
 
Wow took me 3 days to cath up on the last 20 pages.

Love all the Konami additions but let's see how the demo pans out AI is still the killer for me if I see those impossible goals by the CPU or the imposed lag on my CB to ontercept a 30 yard throughball I am going to vomit.

As for the commentary I am not too perturbd tbh its not a gamebreaker for me.

The snow as well I mean seriously how often do you see snow covered pitches. I miss it and the lumo orange ball and turtle neck under garments but again its aesthetic.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned is the online connectivity. PES uses peer to peer which is archaic, unstable and shit. Its time to make it stable PES2012 was better than PES2013 whish is a total lottery. I am concerned that Konami hasn't mentioned anything about this.

I'm so glad I don't care about online because my experience of PES online is that it's shit!!

Several songs were very good indeed.
And even before 2008, having Queen (We will rock you) and Kasabian (Club foot) in the opmovs was pretty cool.

Every now and then there's actually good music on PES, indie and alternative rock in recent days has been decent. A shame that they mix it with shitty stuff.

Konami leaves us without news for less than a week and we go mad about snow, commentators and regeneration of players.And then as the continued madness sets in we discuss the need for more league slots continuously while people who agree argue for no reason except for the fact delirium has them convinced the other is wrong. Then as it becomes potently clear Konami isn't changing commentary this year, we turn our attention to the distraction of nostalgic memories of menu music lost to our beloved ears, because that has to he better thancrying alone in our beds with only a pes 2013 case there to catch your tears.
 
Pretty obvious that PES 2 and PES 4 are the best ones. PES 4 one gave me goosebumps because it was about the upcoming Euro2004 :)

PS@Kouroux: How can anyone dislike Queen?
