Well its official, there is no way me and my two closest mates can play PES in a three team round robin this year without a pen and paper...seriously, the best pes in years and they remove vital modes like offline community and League modes.

Very unhappy.

Yeah. To me, this is worse than anything else Konami messed up around the pitch this year. Pen and paper in 2012!? C'mon Konami. I was so hoping today is ginna change that but... :(
 
Anyone already played the game after the patch to compare?
I already did but i'm going to wait other people to post their impressions before i will post mine.

Yes, the gameplay didn't change at all because it's a DLC and not a patch.
 
This data pack completely messed up my ps3. I had to delete all Paul2478 option files. Then it would go online for ages, I have since restarted it an there is an update to v1.01 which sorts this out. Now it's asking about a community to join, i chose other regions of u.k, in online community its asking me who I want to join... What is this? Is there an evo Web community or something?
 
I've just downloaded the patch but all the teams are the same as before because I moved a few players myself. Do I have to delete the edited data to make it use the updated patch? Thanks in advance.
 
I havnt played the game yet but I think know the 12mb v1.01 patch is for all the hub and online community mode and stuff isn't it?
Do you feel that they have done some tweets to the gameplay to then? What have you noticed?

Downloaded the 1.01 update and the DLC and had no option file related issues at all.

After playing a handful of games with the 1.01 update installed the offline gameplay seems to be exactly the same as it was prior to the update.
 
How about the Copa Libertadores transfers? They always seem to neglect them in the past.
 
On PC there is a patch AND a DLC. Installing the patch opens the Online Community mode. The DLC is separately downloaded via the in-game menu item 'Information'. I checked and the transfers seem to be updated alright.

Wha..? Wait, maybe they installed the update over an Option File? I'm pretty sure there are incompatibilities between transfer updates and OF's (that's why I didn't even bother installing an OF to my PES yet).

I'll install the DLC over my pure PES data tonight and will report if this is true.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit though, coming from Kon ami

KONAMI will also release a 2nd DLC pack that reflects all summer transfers, adds further UEFA elements, team updates and 11 new boot designs.
