This is really strange. :SHOCK:

In my copy of the game (EU version) Mueller, Khedira and Jérôme are all in the German squad as well as Villa is in the Barca spuad... really really strange.
 
Guys how do you manage the cards?

I just had a great game with Chelsea against Arsenal on PC probably professional. Recorded the highlights. It ended 4-3:

Now however, I seem to score very easily on Top Player!! Most games finish 4 or 5 to me against top EPL teams!! Did I improve that much or there is something wrong with my game?

Yeah 100% positive. They may well be only 64 slots available for a Konami_PES playlist, but I have 2 normal playlists for my own personal listening and they show up in the menu to. :WOOT:

This is fantastic, prior to this, PES only found the Konami_PES playlist, now I guess it finds any playlist you have on your HD. Which means we could make as many playlists as we like, and fill them all with our own songs or chants. You have 7 chants per team instead of 8, but with this system we could give every team 7 chants subject to our HD size. Perfect. :)

Just finished first game on Professional level as I wanted to see about the fouls. I won with Lille v PSG 1-0. My preset tactics worked as I preset them to All out Attack if I was losing or trailing with 70 minutes on the clock. Hazard scored after 73 minutes as my whole team pushed forward. I had 6 options in the box. Absolutely no issues with the fouls for me, PSG conceded 12 in a 15 minute game. Alot of those were nothing fouls as well, just cynical leaving the foot in stuff. All the fouls I was worried wouldnt get penalised, that so wasnt the case. In fact it actually felt like there was more, they were right spoiling fuckers.

Things I noticed, passing seemed even better, in fact alot better. There seemed to be more angles, and I could find passes I know for a fact I couldnt in the demo. It also feels more responsive, in all areas, very noticable for me. Graphics dont look any better than PES 2010, played in a CL Exhibition game at Wembley at night. More animations and also smoother. Shooting felt more responsive with more variation. Everything feels so much tighter control wise, which is great. Commentary was pretty much the same, average. Beglin didnt say much either.

Right that's it, need to try online against Satnik, I want to see if the chants are played online. They sounded incredible in that last game, I have 5 brilliant Lille chants and the atmosphere sounded electric, for some reason alot better than PES 2010 with the same chants, must be the background FX.

I'll have to give this a try then, I've got a playlist with about 400 songs in so I'll see what I can do with that. I'm sure I went to that playlist and I could only import upto 64 songs though.
 
Hey Jimmy, could you please tell me how to upload my own music on the PC version of this game ? Konami did a good job with variety in the track list but there is only so much I can take, I need some hip hop beats

400 I would imagaine will be too high. 64 per playlist sounds right. Just put them into different playlists. Like 6 playlists with 64 in each.

play online and you will lose some matches

Interesting. Is there a link to a good chant pack anywhere? If we can have unlimited playlists then I've got some downloading to do to see if I can get chants for every team :D

Stupid question, but how do you zip up a folder with Winrar so I can upload you what I have ? Just tried but couldn't work it out. Thick as shit with stuff like this.
 
My first impressions are very good over the demo.

For one i've already created a player and found it a tad easier to register him into a team than previous years; just the little things like less menus to navigate.

My first game was a convincing win over the Irish as Spain on Top Player, with Xavi and Villa running the show and i was a little worried that this game was a bit of a cakewalk.
It felt like a decent PES but nothing really stood out except a nice little move and lay-off on the wing to set up the third goal from a cross.

Anyway i decided to hit training mode and see what this new "freedom" was all about, and have a look at how the tricks system works.

Now i started to get an inkling how it all fitted together, the intuitive manual passing seemed to prompt the AI into action when interspersed with your traditional PES approach. I was starting to see how the "flow" of the game had been improved and how I could work in some of the little side-steps and more "bread and butter" tricks into my game.

So, Valencia vs Panathanikos. Uhoh, these guys didn't play like Ireland, Cisse got on the end of a great through ball from a counter and got it to 1-0 them, next I do a fantastic manual pass........ backwards to their midfielder....2-0, and finally Cisse again turns the screw. 3 - 0 them, my traditional first day drubbing on a new ISS is complete.

...but the one goal I clawed back really made me sit back and say to myself "ISS",(my friends and I always call it that) "is back". Just a little feint from my forward when i decided to really try and take someone on, on the edge of the box. The heel-feint where you knock it past the defender with your back foot, in one fell swoop both defender and goalie were wrong-footed and the striker leathered it into the top right corner.

The best thing is it was totally intended, and highlighted to me how the tricks aren't going to be some random, over-used factor which i feared they might...but a gamble that can pay-off big time if all the little factors line up.

So 3-1 it ended, but already that little bit of ISS magic popped it's head up to say, "Hello, remember me".

Tonight my mates are coming down and the multiplayer gauntlet will be thrown down, and after perhaps a period of indifference about ISS for quite some time now, I think the old rivalries are going to stir anew. :)

Just right click the folder and choose "Add to archive..." and it just goes from there really. Assuming you checked Winrar to work in the contextual menus anyway :)
 
Whats the penalty for playing players out of position? I see the Overall drops dramatically, but will any of the individual attributes decrease and by how much?

On PS3 i think it's unlimited, it shows all your music files in there which you can choose from. per team you add 7 chants; 4 normal, 1 after goal, 1 after breaks, and 1 after the match
 
Great news about the unlimited chants! But I'm sure I stopped using them last time because they were overused and became repetitive. Is it any better this year, can you fill up a team's allowance and not reach for the noose after 4 games??

Wouldn't mind some random psychos for chants, for example on a Stoke chant mid-game, a little extra crowd noise to blend in with the game's background noise, and some guy barely audible shouting, "crop those fuckers, c'mon lads end their careers". Scary darey.

The contextual thingy must not be checked as the option isnt there on right click as I remember it. I have done it another way anyway. Where should I upload it to, its just zipping up now ?

The Liverpool chants are phenomenal by the way, especially the Fernando Torres one. It feels like Anfield when I go there. The Gerrard one is brilliant to. Makes me laugh that. :)

Edit - The Tommason Chant Pack off here is brilliant, and massive. You just need to convert them to MP3's, but that is easy enough.

Hmmm, maybe someone like Megaupload or Rapidshare I guess? How big is it?

Can't wait to be playing a PES that I REALLY enjoy, in proper stadiums, with fixed kits and names, with custom chants :D

I always used his chant's on my Patched PS2 PES games. Also copied over the FIFA commentary for those games. Those were the days.
