crist!! stil can not belief how bad the running animations look and the stupid feint movement when trying to turn:CRY:

I agree, not looking promising at all. Everything's so robotic and orderly throughout.

Re: PES 2009 News Discussion Etc. (STRICTLY NO FIFA DEMO IMPRESSIONS OR POLITICAL CHA

Gone are the registration codes of previous years, and in comes the Konami ID.

"A Konami ID is your own unique ID which allows you to use online services in games such as PES and MGS. Registering a Konami ID is free of charge

Without a Konami ID, you won't be able to play PES online on the PC or PS3 when the game comes out, so register now and keep your details safe, and when the game comes out you'll already be registered and be able to play your friends around the world straight away!

If you've already registered a Konami ID for Metal Gear Solid then you don't have to register again as the same login details will work. "

This year pes gamers need to register in a website, and they´re telling to do it as soon as possible as it can be down in the release day so hurry up if you want to play online 16th October ppl.

Register here: http://id.konami.net/quick/input.jsp

Damn, just for this I will cancel my pre-order of the game. This fact and the newly discovered fact about no shark heads or custom penguins disguises disappointed me completely.

Shame on you, Konami!

In theory, doesn't this mean anyone who downloads a pirated copy will be able to play online free of charge? :BRICK:. If so, expect konami to lose alot of money (PC version specifically).

Re: PES 2009 News Discussion Etc. (STRICTLY NO FIFA DEMO IMPRESSIONS OR POLITICAL CHA

The AI looks shocking in BAL

The player is really looking shocking! Espacially in the second half of the video, he's running around in places were he as a CM is totally out of place when ball is in midfield or attack...

Re: PES 2009 News Discussion Etc. (STRICTLY NO FIFA DEMO IMPRESSIONS OR POLITICAL CHA

Well, at least now we know where the money Konami should've invested into the development of the game have gone besides Seabass' pockets.

Oops, sorry, wrong thread. I meant to post those reviews in the Fifa thread. Ignore those reviews.

Re: PES 2009 News Discussion Etc. (STRICTLY NO FIFA DEMO IMPRESSIONS OR POLITICAL CHA

well im sorry to say. i've lost my fait in pes :/ i thought ok, maybe pes2008 was just aone off, but pes2009 doesnt seem much better.

and if anyone wants to try say, ah ur a fifa fanboy, i've actually been playing pes most my life lol sad i know

but seriously, im not sure what people at konami are thinken of actually releasing this and saying there confident this will show there still the king of games. there honestly having a bubble.

so as u can guess, i hate pes2009 :) also, for first time, im actually not even gonna waste money on pes this time round, not worth even a tenner in my opinion. they'd have to pay me its that bad

Re: PES 2009 News Discussion Etc. (STRICTLY NO FIFA DEMO IMPRESSIONS OR POLITICAL CHA

tbh I wouldnt be surprised if they were the pes scores.

Re: PES 2009 News Discussion Etc. (STRICTLY NO FIFA DEMO IMPRESSIONS OR POLITICAL CHA

I have played the demo a bit more and the game honestly isn't as bad as people make out, yes the keepers are shocking some of the tricks being performed with the dpad feels a bit wrong but people will get used to it. Provided the improve the keepers and online is playable it should be a decent game. It shouldn't be charged as a full price title i feel, as it is a 'fixed' version of pro evo 2008, but with game prices it wouldn't surprise me if it can be priced up for £30 from the high street shops. Take out the BSL mode and I feel alot of what is in Pro Evo 9 could be done with a patch to 2008. I was a bit harsh when I first played the demo but that was probably partly down to my experience with pro 2008 and the fact had just received the 'other' game in the post.
Why can't we all just get along? The 'other' game is very good this year as well, we should be happy that we finally have two football games that offer something different. In saying that, I still advise to play the full version properly before casting full judgement.

It might not be the best pro evo ever but I have hope. To be honest I always found winning eleven alot better than pro evo, I don't know why it just felt better, but those were the days I had a ps2 (which was the lead platform). I am using a 360 now and by all accounts the differences are now minimal.

Re: PES 2009 News Discussion Etc. (STRICTLY NO FIFA DEMO IMPRESSIONS OR POLITICAL CHA

I'm just curious about the Champions League license as it pertains to Pro Evolution. I heard somewhere that Konami might have to release a separate game for the CL as UEFA mandated it or something like that. I thought that it was BS and just another way for people to try and defend EA for trying to squeeze more money out of the consumer for an extra game but it appears that PES has actually implemented the entirety of the tournament into the game. Was this always that plan and did they have to come to some agreement with UEFA or was it always possible for any developer with the license to do with it what they please?

My best guess is that Konami can see what CD Key belongs to "Profile X". Konami could block all IP's or Profiles that have a CD Key that is known as the cracked version.

But pirates could make a new profile every time their old profile is blocked.

Re: PES 2009 News Discussion Etc. (STRICTLY NO FIFA DEMO IMPRESSIONS OR POLITICAL CHA

I can't remember my login details from PES 2008.

When the press get interview time with Seabass why do none of them ask why they are the only game company in the world who makes PS3 games with online functionality and doesn't use PSN.

they should have never changed the dribbling buttons, its ruined the gameplay using the dpad for tricks

Very true.

groups, 2vs2 online groups match. like in pes6 online.

I think I saw somewhere that you have to enter registration code(serial) for the game in the online menu when attempting to log in/sign up for online, therefore if a serial appears twice they will probarbly deny access to the online for the person who uses the serial after it has already initally been used.:))

its possible play the pc version online with crack?
People make third party programs such as goalconnector, pesmagazine etc. The same will most likely occur with PES 2009.
How to utilize and actually play online with these programs.. that is for you to find out :P.
