Well, I've been trying out the game, and I'm really liking it.
Playing the game in the wide camera, controlling all the players feels nice, an improvement from 2008 definitely. I love the dribbling control, the way that timing the button presses now triggers small different animations. It feels pretty good.
The right-stick passing without clicking the stick takes a bit to get used to, but it's more or less the same as previous years, maybe a bit better.
The player runs are great, there's a lot of diversity.
Now, what I played a lot of was controlling a single player, choosing the vertical wide camera focused on the player. It takes a bit of time to get used to, but it is really fantastic.
About all the comments... Seriously, if you were already negative towards PES, it really isn't going to convert you if you don't give it a chance nor want to. That's fine by me, go enjoy the game that you like.
For me: PES2009 it is. And I do believe I am not the only one.
For those who a couple of pages ago mocked PES's AI in Become a Legend mode, saying that FIFA's Be a Pro was better... Go ahead, hope it works miracles for you guys. For me, PES's AI for Become a Legend is pretty good, go ahead and try the demo.

P.S.: Oh, and do yourselves a favour: play it with a nice pad. I'm playing it with the PS3 pad, on my laptop, connected to my LCD. Brilliant!

So I think there will be many ppl who doesn´t like the game because it is hard. I like it that way
Well for now I just have 2 complains about the game.
I don´t know why they took GK cursor out of the game. We could avoid suffering many goals using gk cursor. I don´t understand. Also I don´t like manual (change player) because you have to change cursor every time you make a pass and that´s annoying. On the other hand if you play Semi then CPU will change it for you sometimes and that´s bad.
Apart from that I think the game is much better then PES 2008. No more kids running all the time with ronaldinho or zlatan. You have to stop the game. Think about what you´re going to do. Pass a lot, build up nicely and then you get the reward for that. It´s an hard game. And who plays football will win. Those who will play only dribbling and runs can go home because you will be smashed
It´s not a GREAT game. Personally I expected more but it´s better then PES 2008 (not sure if it is better then FIFA 2009 though... fifa is very realistic).
Also I have to mention that I don´t like the shots without R2. The normal ones. You seem not to have control over them.
That´s my opinion in the game. Not great, just better then pes 2008, but they can do better. At least now I can win games playing football and making a lot of passes and I will not suffer a goal from a ronaldinho run.
Now I´m waiting for tomorrow to get the PS3 version, because my PC sucks, I´m playing low resolution graphics. Also I think PS3 version is always better than PC one so tomorrow I will see

Maybe playing in high or medium, but I played in low mate. Even the game engine seems different lol But I believe medium/high is fine
