Are you kidding? He would have distroyed Randy and Mir. Brock is such a beast that I wouldn't want to guess. Fedor dominated in PRIDE not Dream, and he dominated a heavyweight division that included Josh Barnett, Mirko Cro Cro(in his prime) & Nogueira(in his prime).
Not to mention he walks around at 233lbs, and could probably fight at 205 if he wanted to.
Here are some of his OTHER notible wins:
Brett Rogers
Andrei Arlovski
Tim Sylvia
Matt Lindland
Mark Hunt
Mark Coleman
Kevin Randleman
And at least 2 giants
Of his last 8 fights he's won with:
Kimura, Armbar, TKO punches, KO punch, rear-naked choke, submission punches.
He has been given the best there is out there and has dominated them.
Now you want to compare with St. Pierre??
Okay, let's not forget that he has lost twice where Fedor has never lost. But outside of that he has impressive names.
BJ Penn & Matt Hughes are as impressive as Cro Cop and Nog. He gets no credit for beating Serra, because he made Serra a star by losing to him. He has beaten top contenders like Thiago Alves, Jon Fitch, Josh Koscheck, Sean Sherk, Frank Trigg, Karo Parisyan.
If you are in a "what have you done for me lately" world....then yes St. Pierre recently has been impressive over good competition. He was fortunite to fight Hughes past his prime twice, and an out of shape BJ Penn, but has beaten the best they've offered him. Where Fedor has NEVER lost. In his last 3 fights he's distroyed 2 former UFC champs(Arlovski & Sylvia) and then beat one of the best heavyweight contenders out there in Brett Rogers. He will have no problem with Overreem or Verdum. It's not his fault there isn't more good talent out there not in the UFC. And there is really no one left to challenge St. Pierre. I don't see how you can really saw Fedor isn't pound for pound as good as anyone. Especially higher than BJ come on. He has put together nice wins over challenges but couldn't beat top fighters like Hughes, Machida & St. Pierre. Fedor has NEVER lost! Anderson silva has a great argument especially if he does well vs more guys at 205. My order right now would be:
1. Anderson Silva
2. Fedor
3. GSP
That's it for me. BJ is working his way up, and I'm not like Sherdog to give whomever has the belt in the light heavyweight as one of the best "pound for pound" The fact is Anderson Silva fights at two weight classes well, Fedor is almost always out sized it doesn't matter at all, GSP is afraid to go up to 185 as he thinks it would be too much of a disadvantage(eventhough he walks around at 205), BJ couldn't cut it at 170 so he dropped down to 155 and is doing well. Machida was from from impressive in his run for the belt, and for people to put him in the same area of the pound for pound list as Fedor is a joke to me. He has a couple nice wins, so do a lot of people. But he hasn't faced as hard of competition yet as Penn or Fedor, and he hasn't looked as good in his fights as Anderson Silva. What about guys like Aoki, he has losses but he fights in a different world where they don't fight every 6 months, and their goal is to entertain the crowd, and not just bore out a Win.
If you haven't noticed most lists are extremely UFC biased. Fedor is the man, and should never EVER be left off of a top 5 fighters list of any kind...even all-time.
Rant Done
