Dana White has announced that Tito Ortiz could be released from his UFC contract if his recent domestic violence arrest ends in conviction.

The UFC president told TMZ that the mixed martial arts company may act long before a verdict is read in the case.

He said: "We're going to be fair, but we could cut him."

White also added that the fighter's contract would likely be terminated if the charges filed against Ortiz were proved.

"Other than going on a killing spree, being accused of domestic violence is the worst thing you can have going for you."

That story is a weird one

Apparently Jameson was addicted to something and was off it for a year but relapsed which Ortiz tried to stop and pushed her. If that's true a 15 stone guy pushing a 8 stone women would do damage so he may not have hit her

TMZ reports that Jenna Jameson tests negative for ten major drugs one day after husband Tito Ortiz was arrested for domestic violence, including cocaine, weed, meth and oxycodone -- the major ingredient in OxyContin -- which Ortiz accused her of being addicted to.

Jenna Jameson has again denied claims by Tito Ortiz that she has an addiction to OxyContin, saying that she passed a recent drug test.

According to TMZ, Jameson underwent a drug screening a day after partner Ortiz was arrested on Monday on felony domestic violence charges at the couple's home.

Her urine reportedly tested "negative" for ten major drugs, including cocaine, methamphetamine and oxycodone, the active ingredient in OxyContin.

Ortiz held a news conference on Tuesday claiming the domestic incident was sparked when Ortiz confronted James about her alleged addiction.

"I am definitely not addicted to OxyContin or any drug," she said.

Jameson's lawyer Ronald Richards added: "The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota, or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances."

I've seen Tito 3 or 4 times, he lives near my house, Huntington Beach

never even bothered to shake his hand, he's not a good positive image of the MMA fighter

Good fighters that really represent are Rich Franklin, Randy Couture... they are all class:BSCARF:

Machida by TKO. This will be a completely different fight this time around. Machida wont let Rua near him and will let off combos every time he decides to counter resulting in a TKO

Daley by KO (hopefully). this is just because i'm a fan of Daley and want all the Brits to do well but i think Koscheck will take him down and GNP for the win :(

Mitrione by KO. Mitrione doesn't seem scared of anyone and i expect this fight to go toe to toe and punch for punch but Kimbo will get KTFO

I'm with you on this Coopz. I'd like to see Kimbo take Mitrione out though, but I fear he'll be too dominant.
 
I really want Kimbo to knock Meathead out! That's the fight I'm most excited about to be honest. Machida v Rua doesn't really interest me at all after their last fight :YAWN:.

It was quite an even battle in my eyes and the decision could have gone either way, but Machida didn't look 100% at all. I heard he was recovering from a real illness for the month prior to the fight.

Tonight he'll be ready, as will Shogun, and will be a LOT better.
 
I didn't watch too many of the fights, but here are some notes:
Light Heavyweight Championship bout: Lyoto Machida (c) vs. Mauricio Rua
After their last fight the popular guess in my group was that one of them was going to win early, no boring fight this time. We were right, and glad to see it was Rua who won. Now maybe we can have a fighter at 205 defend the title w/o controversy

Welterweight bout: Josh Koscheck vs. Paul Daley
I hate Kos more than anyone, but how stupid do you have to be to hit a guy not only after the bell, but after the fight. Kos admitted he was talking shit the last minute and it really got under Daley's skin. Great job man...now you just got CUT!! Way to weaken a thin division by being stupid. Would have liked to see him vs Fitch or something. Oh bonus...now I have to listen to Koscheck for a season on TUF. No fucking thank you.

Middleweight bout: Patrick Côté vs. Alan Belcher
I don't care if Piledrivers are illegal, if someone is doing one, I am a fan :LOL:

That was all I saw, or really care to talk about. I never saw the Garcia WEC match that people are talking about. Can someone post a link ;)
 
Sky+ it but not watched it yet but seen the results! Paul Daley has been cut and so has kimbo slice (he is a joke). I guess strikeforce will sign Daley or he will get some bookings in Japan.

How fucking stupid are you, Daley?! :BRICK: What an idiot and he deserves cutting for that. Koscheck needs someone to give him a good smack though, he's easily my most hated MMA fighter and I hope GSP gives him a kicking. Boring fight with Koscheck doing nothing of note, and Daley having ZERO ground game.

Rua was impressive, very aggressive and got the job done. On the other hand, Machida still looked tentative and only wanted to counter, pretty boring.

Disappointed with Kimbo, but Mittrione looked the best I've seen him and he easily dominated. Not sure Mittrione can do anything against a more experienced fighter though.

Not a bad event, but not good either. Meh.
