Watched two episodes of TUF S04 and it's a bit shit. There's no real interaction with the fighters while in the house so you don't get to know any of them and Matt Senna is pissing me off with his personality, his constant talking, mentioning the fighters name every 3 secs during a fight, and telling the fighter to take their "toime" constantly.

Very annoying.

Edit: Episode 3 hasn't helped, he REALLY pisses me off. All you hear during fights is Serra saying "noice", "take your toime", "I want you to ..."

I've been really impressed with the way McSweeney has been a team player in being in people's corners. It might also be that he doesn't seem to like Nelsen either...

Good news is we will now get the final live on ESPN on saturday night. It was on tape delay next thursday on 5 usa up to yesterday which was crap
 
Is Rampage still fighting Rashad after TUF or has Rampage retired as of now?

Edit: Just saw Rashad is fighting someone else at 108. After all the commotion during TUF, you'd think the last thing Rampage would do is back out of the fight with Rashad!

GUTTED for Big Baby! :( Felt really bad that he went out like that and glad he's got a fight against Meathead to show himself again. That and I'd love to see him SMASH Mitrione :LOL:

Fucking Roy Nelson :BRICK: I can't see anyone besides people from his family and state wanting him to win, such a muppet.

And speaking of muppets, I was quite glad McSweeney lost after being a knob with Zak. No need for the schoolboy-esque bullying and felt sorry for Zak when McSweeney had in him the choke and told him to calm down, then laughed at him afterwards. Completely disrespectful and I've lost respect for him now.

The finale's shaping up to be interesting, cheering on Schaub, Big Baby and Kimbo :D

ARGH Roy Nelson is such a fat, talentless cunt. He only wins fights because he lays on people for fucks sake. McSweeney was winning standing up but got cocky and paid for it. The TUF finale fight will be shit because Nelson is in it and will win by laying on Brendan.

The other fights, Marcus and Kimbo should be alright hopefully.

So fucked off that Nelson is in the final :RANT:.

Thought the last Rashad v Rampage square-up was pretty funny as well, I reckon both were really considering throwing a punch, especially Rampage "I say one insult and repeat it over and over" Jackson.
 
Yeah McSweeney got stupid and cocky, he should fight in the UFC though in future, surely Dana sees he's more entertaining that a fat cunt lying on someone. Dana said that Nelson impressed him in this fight - erm, WTF? It was exactly the same as his other shitty fights.

McSweeney didn't know that Zak was claustrophobic so when Zak threw a spaz at him I though McSweeney did well to control him with the headlock and not lose himself and start smashing his face in.

Still really gutted about the finale tomorrow, it's gonna be shit. Hope the BB and Kimbo fights make it worth watching.
 
Fair enough McSweeney got him in the headlock, and it was the right thing to do. But he should've sat down and calmed Zak down rather than laughing at him in front of some of the other housemates. That and McSweeney would've been kicked out if he had waded into him.

I'm looking forward to seeing Matt Hamill fighting as I haven't seen him fight apart from what I saw in the TUF series he was in. Also hope they show Schoonover v McSweeney from the prelims as well.

As far as TUF Finales go, I think this is shaping up to be pretty good.

Really gutted that Rampage wont get his ass handed to him by Rashad though :(
 
How can people say that Roy Nelson is talentless?

He took the guy down, passed into side control and got a crucifix, could you seeing Kimbo or even many of the others doing any of that??? His ground game is 10x better than the people he has been fighting hence the reason he has beat them the way he has, Brendan is shit on the ground as well so unless he can keep it standing its Big Country all the way

I called Brendan knocking out Big Baby before the fight as well when my mates all had Big Baby, :SMUG:. He should have finished him when he was in mount though and its a pity he has no chin otherwise he would be a top fighter

That little fight in the house had me shocked as well, i didn't think it was serious until they both backed up then carried on going :LOL:

i think dana was impressed with fat fuck because he was fighting a dangerous fighter, sweeney is dangerous and aggressive

fat fuck took him down and put him in a weak position, it isn't entertaining to us but he still controlled a dangerous fighter, which is probably what impressed.

sweeney was a bully, and i only wish Zak had shown him up but unfortunatly sweeney knows he can fight and controlled him , but still made him out to be a prick, what he should of done is the decent thing and not laughed at him at the end, as Zak finally stood up for himself. I also liked the way sweeney got the half clinch and moved to guillotine but Zak left it there for him when he bottled it when sweeney came back at it...

also Brendan shows he has some ground game (defence atleast), big baby is no joke on the ground, and he was able to get out of the full mount of big baby and get to his feet. Anyone who gets out of him smothering you on the ground to beat him has a good chance against anyone in that competition imo. Which means he has a good chance against fatty in the final

fatty kind of has a chuckle liddel stand up just with a bigger belly

the ufc have done kimbo a favour here as they have given him an oppoenent who has no ground game and who likes to bang, suppose they have made it an interesting match up for the fans to see some traditional sluggish/dirty boxing. Still gives kimbo a good oppertunity considering he can't cope with peoples ground game. On the other hand alexandra will probably have a better stand up than what kimbo is used to, so this should be an interesting match

either way i think ufc has done kimbo a favour here, he has a better chance standing than on the ground and i doubt alexndra will take it down (unless he knows kimbos ground is shitter than his, as he has been training longer)

ONLY because the cunt is so fat people can't get him off them and get out of it. There's no skill in that. He was getting his arse handed to him standing up, if McSweeney had just continued doing that he would have won it.
