Proof At Last
Writes Mediawatch's old chum Clive Tyldesley in his column for The Telegraph:
'The only time I ever wore a jacket and tie to a football match as a fan was at Millwall in 1974. A recently relegated Manchester United played a Monday night game at The Den to which visiting supporters were not invited. I watched in disguise and in respectful silence as my team (the secret is out!) won with a dubious penalty'
Mediawatch doesn't know whether to be more surprised that Clive - 'Oh, that night in Barcelona' - believes his allegiance was still a secret or that even in the old days ManYoo were winning dubious penalties.

The wind kinda ruined the game, though. ](*,)
a new defender i think Andrade is a good choice(since we will never get nesta)snoopsimon said:I am fed up with this stuff about Rio. Let's change the subject...
Who should we buy this summer? (NB: this is what you think, not what you have heard rumoured)
Who will leave this summer? Giggsy? Keano? No one?
Will we win anything this year?
unless you spend nigh on 50 million i would say you arent in with a shout of winning the CLwhatwentwrong said:a new defender i think Andrade is a good choice(since we will never get nesta)snoopsimon said:I am fed up with this stuff about Rio. Let's change the subject...

What if they don't! You wont support them?
You speak to a real Man Utd fan and they wont think 2 seasons without a trophy is a nightmare. Most tams find their domination comes to end. Liverpool fans in the 80's will tell you that!
MU only need to buy a world class defender(and liam miller)when you said MU need a 4th striker,,,i dont think they need one becoze they already have bellionneo1983 said:Nickybaker said:whatwentwrong said:if MU doesnt win the CL next season..at least they should have a silverware coze this season sux for manutd

why would you say that? Rio will be back in september, before he was banned our defense was CLASS, arsenal didnt do SHITE when they came to old trafford, Rio was/is the missing peice in defence, adding another center back will certainly bolster the D, but having Rio back will be enough
to be tops in england and possibly in europe, havent we only had one shutout since rio was bannend, and something like 14 while he was playing........ that is pretty telling
