I can if the money is right and the club! Barcelona are still in debt but they also have money too spend which is fucking weird!!

I heard they need too sell dont know how true that is but if they dont get into the CL then just maybe although they are ALOT better than last year!

Well he wasnt too keen on leaving when Barca were struggling, cant see him wanting to go now they are playing well and looking certs for CL spot at least.

How anyone can slate Fergie and Keane! So we've had a bad season but we've always come back and ive no doubt we'll be giving Arsenal and Chelsea a harder time next season.
Love to see Puyol at United, but cant really see that happening now since Barca look a certainty to qualify for the CL next year.

Steve Claridge is ARSE!

Did any of you watch You're on sky sports last night?

He says that we have been struggling for 18 month?????? :x
However when we were top of the league we were gonna win the league fucking contradictions

PUNDITS ARE ARSES!!!!!!!!!!

:x

I remember back in the summer when Man Utd sold Beckham and Veron and signed Djemba and Kleberson, I thought what the hell are they doing? Ok granted they're young and need time to settle into a new culture but you can't replace your main supply of ammunition (Beckham's crossing/passing) and a class performer in Europe at least, with young players who will need time to settle.

You might say that's all very well in hindsight but I swear I was genuinely surprised that Man Utd offloaded two big players and didn't bring any established players in.

In the next couple of years Man Utd should once again be up there challenging for all honours in the final stages if these players develop (and Fergie doesn't have a heart attack) ;).

yeah Fergie took a massive gamble, any team would suffer if they lost two genuine world class players.

To be fair we did look to bring in Ronaldinho and a couple of others but ended up having to settle for the likes that you mentioned.

As far as I'm concerned it aint a big thing, yes we wont win a thing this year and maybe years after that, but I've seen. dope enough to last me a lifetime and if all I've got to look forward to is top 3-4 finishes and a crack at Europe most seasons then I will more than happy....

is this the new home kit 04/05 ?

Vann, about our "argument" (and sorry for the late reply), can we agree that we disagree????

I can feel that my heart still beats for Man Utd when for example i was happy that Man Utd won the EPL last yyear and not Arsenal...

I was born in 1962...so i'm older (but not necessarily wiser)...

And off-topic: i appreciated your reply very much, it shows what i already thought/ that you are a reasonable, fair and nice guy...i hope for your sake that Man Utd will win many trophies (and for my own sake that it will continue when Fergie and Keano aren't with Utd anymore)...May the reds bring you much joy...

What do you guys think of us looking at Rothen?

25 years old proven provider should go to EURO 2004, Free kick master!(left footed)

I no your a Arsenal fan n i agree Giuly is better but we need to replace Giggs hes past it!(IMO)

well the ban has been upheld, right decision, imo. anything less would have made a mockery of the FA's discipline system and every player has the right to appeal so lengthening the ban would have been very unfair.

wtf!! are you for real, players who actually get caught taking drugs get treated better than Rio has..

Thw whole thing (including his actions) have been a sham, the FA are more concerned about saving face than a players career.

but we dont know he didnt take drugs vann, the whole point he got banned is because he didnt attend the test. the reason the ban is longer than previous bans is because the new FA CE wants to 'clean-up' football in this country, is that so wrong?

that was ina different country, the English FA have decided they want to make sure their own game is in order before going on about other countries. that seems like an honourable policy to me.

Davids and Stam did not take drugs intentionaly, its Nandrolone.... which is caused naturally by the body after eating or drinking certain substances. its like an allergy. They did not take the drugs on purpose.

yeah but thats why he had a hair folicle tested, its forensicly proven that you can tell whether drugs have been consumed, and how long ago they we're taken, with that method.

So without any shadow of a doubt he has not taken drugs.

And if they were suspicious of that then why, as in other identical cases, has he not been target tested within a probationary period, of say two years...

It stinks..

he has been cleared, in todays hearing, that he hasnt taken drugs. but a message must be sent out that what the FA says goes, its not just about the drugs issue, its about football cleaning up its act, otherwise we could have the same situation as athletics where cheats used to be prevelant in the sport. do you really want that?

No, it doesn't:

Tests on hair can reveal whether a person has taken recreational drugs and some, but not all, performance-enhancing substances.

U guys are missing the big picture its FIFA! tThey failed with the Italian Fed regardin Stams and Davids so the next high profile drugs case was of course gonna get maximum attention by Fifa!

Fifa is corrupt and hypocritical!

There were probably hundreds of drug cases before this bet you Fifa didnt give those special attention?

its got nothing to do with fifa, if the fa had changed the decision they might have interviened, but it was upheld so we wont know.
