we'd be getting rid of ruuds £4.5 mill wage and a player who wants to leave, @ 22 Torres would be worth in excess of £20 mill so I think its a possibilty, Rooney, Torres, Saha and Smith is a decent front line.

seriously.. i feel RVN is at least worth 15 mil

you have to look at RVN'S age though, i think 12million at least is realistic, especially in the market now

ok, he is 30, considering that.. he should be 10mil... not 4.5 mil... thats miserable for such a high quality striker

milan is said to offer 8 million for RVN... i tink this deal is good

Dont care how we get them but need Diarra & Torres!

Yup most def.

I'd also look to bump up the squad with some wheeling and dealing..

Gravesen from Madrid would add some experience to the MF and wouldnt be too expensive

I'd try for Gudjohnsen but apparently Drogba is keen to leave the bridge so it might be difficult.

Yeah that little brazilian guy with the header dribbling..he really looks like he'llf it into the premiership. Can you imagine him flickign it up and robbie savage just scissoring him down...guess he may be one for the future, but strikes me as a decent way into the future. Still, guess fergie's still bummed about Ronaldinho/klebls

Maybe thats why he will go out on loan

'A 12% rise in ticket prices at Manchester United has not put off applicants for season tickets at Old Trafford. A new allocation of 7,000 season tickets at the ground have been hugely over-subscribed. Existing season-ticket holders who have not renewed their application by tomorrow are likely to miss out on a seat next season. David Gill, United's chief executive, said the popularity of the allocation demonstrated that Old Trafford remained good value. "We are still less than half the price of some of our rivals, with a top ticket price of £39," he said.'

My ticket now averages £29 a game which I dont think is too bad.

The new quads look great im looking forward to seeing it at full capacity next season.

I'd like to see him try that seal trick in the Premiership...hahaha.On a serious note,he is freakin awesome with setpieces and look to posess a powerful shot...the 2 twins and now Kerlon! Samba style for the future!

Kerlon looks like a great prospect- ManU should ensure they get him signed.

Let's hope we see some players signed for the coming season too though.

We could turn into the new Barca.

berbatov is not really a priority signing for man utd... we cant gurantee him 1st place.. thats y he choose spurs i suppose

Haha, yeah my thoughts on him as well - oh so you chose spurs over united, erm, why?

I'd imagine it had to do with a few $$$

Highly unlikely I'd say. Sheva would only move to Chelsea because Abramovic would help him in the future.... he wants to get into Ukrainian politics, like he has said many times in the past (also being friends with Yuschenko), and the only person who would fund him for this would be Roman.

Anyone know out transfer kitty this season?

Sheva for Nistelrooy........
I dont think we have a transfer kitty after the Glazers took over. They just said that if they desperately want someone, they'll trust Sir Alex's judgement and pay whatever they need to, within a sensible limit of course.
So I think we could kinda bend the rules a little if the players are worth it.

maybe Diarra, but not Torres, he isn't an out and out striker like Ruud. And we'll need one when Ruud leaves, Saha is crap, no matter about the run he had this season

Thank god someone agrees with me on Saha! I would swap him for Defoe(i know people dont agree) but i just think Defoe is quality a& a player that can only get better. Whereas Saha seems the finished article already & thats crap. He has no awareness & crap control.

Would not mind Gravesen to bolster squad as he will only be about 3-4 million & hes a good solid player

Again, that phrase 'he can only get better'. This actually means that he can't get any worse. David Bellion can only get better, he can't get any worse.

If Scholes is still going to play next season, we need a midfielder that will do all his dirty work for him. No offence to him, but Keane made him look a better player than he actually is.
