what is for sure is with Deschamps as coach Marseille showed that they want to build a big team in a long term (as they already achieved 2 big seasons), and unfortunately i don't think we can say the same for Paris...
but the future will tell us more.

I don't thing it's a good idea to buy Trezeguet. I love this player, but we already have Brandao. I don't think they can play together.

I haven't always believed in Gignac or rated him but watched OM vs. Toulouse game last week and he really did prove his qualities all over again and deserves to be topping the scoring charts. And yah Carasso had come back to Marseille with a vengeance it seemed. :P great performance from him!

Sad to see Nantes and Les Verts down there but truth is, they also deserve to be.

@Neo, yah I see what you mean too. I see a lot of Zizou in Gourcuff. Not exactly but it's the closest thing to the Great one. Milanista's right, he just needs to lose some hair. Even the frame/height is same. :D

Very sad to see Gerets leave but happy to hear about OM getting Deschamps as replacement! A man I rate and believe in and that will hopefully ensure OM continue their revival to the summit of French football.

The Girondins look like they have their eyes set on becoming French champs after about a decade.

Lionel Mathis - always liked him. Former Auxerre player, versatile, hardworking, not great but well-rounded.

In Ligue 2, 5 teams are still fighting to be promoted (Lens is almost sure to be in the top 3). And some games between these teams are planned (for Tours, Montpellier and Strasbourg). Metz seems to have the best calendar but the dynamic of the team is terrible.

I want to see a bordeux game so badly, but stupid tv doesn't show Ligue 1, except for the lyon v marseille or psg its always the same, i want to check how gourcuff is doing, he seemed amazing from the highlights i saw from that 3-2 game with him scoring 2. Whats bordeux next game and when?

It is going right to the wire. Worried about the Lyon game on sunday as Marseille are better away this season. Lyon now officially out of the title race but still need to win to get the third champions league spot.

Good win for St Etienne and Sochaux. I think St Etienne still gonna go down!

Yeah I cant see Bordeaux slipping up. Ref was awful tonight and yes Bordeaux have been very lucky with some of the refs they have had recently.

Defending on the first two Lyon goals though was so bad. OM Had good chances to score goals tonight though but ref never gave marseille anything.

It's BS and I so pissed off right now!!

We knew he was good but goddamn!!! SURELY Bordeaux will now pay the already agreed fee (when loan was established) to make him a permanent member of the squad because if nothing else, they can now sell him for much more money.

they'd sign him ... if he accepts. he said he still hasn't decided.
this season he saved both france NT and bordeaux , great player .
