Home (PlayStation 3)

Okie - I tried to apply to join it and it did some apply thing and then clicked off like it was complete. If you come online and see me online just give me a pm and i'll boot up home and we can do the invite if that helps at all.
 
I joined the club last night and checked out the love shack. Bit bare isnt it :LOL:

I assume in the full version, you can populate the shed in the same way you can your appartment - so pool tables, arcade machines etc?

Couldnt write on the message board either - is it only Dags that can do that?
 
Football and basketball? I thought i'd been everywhere in the public areas... where do you find these?

Wonder if its in Japan? I've just logged onto Home from my Jpn account and there are 2 more areas in the Locations tab...

Dont understand what they are, but just loading them up now...

EDIT: One is TGS2008 - the Game Exhibition area with the GT5p pods in!

EDIT2: WOW! One is a new arcade with all the Namco games in (DigDug, Pacman etc!).. the bowling alley is very different to the UK version - new arcades, different pool table layout, darts! Awesome...

Still found nothing about football or basket ball on home. Everyone ive spoken to in home ends up either saying 'no i don't think they exist' or they just walk away from me probably thinking im some nutter.
 
yes u can use a headset on it. imo i think Home is abit boring at its current state :( needs more content and new areas in it.
 
Do you do a search for "Jay" when you come online because you seem to reply every time hes mentioned :LOL:
 
At the moment it's bare bones - your personal space is empty and you only have a few pieces of furniture to pick from and use - until they reopen the shops on the open beta launch.

Bowling, pool and chess/draughts are the highlight at the moment.

I don't think you're allowed to do videos of it - as it's still a beta if they find anyone has done videos and uploaded them, they'll have broken the NDA and will be banned from the beta and probably the open beta. A load of people have been rollocked on the EU PS3 forums for uploading videos and posting them on there.
