when i read FIFA22 is like FIFA21 with minor changes... man i wished so hard for some physicalty, momentum and less skating (so the most basic of behaviour on a football pitch essentially)! plus: its what i see and feel the most while playing the game! gimme the shinanigans later... get the basics right and go from there... EA you... game publisher you...

Haha, actually it was when I was starting with FIFA 14 sliders, I believe. The name Simulation Snob just felt like there was a core group that were perfectionist in realism. Snobby has a negative connotation, but it the name SimSnobs from that just stuck. There's a facebook page that hasn't been updated in a while, and a website I keep putting off. That's about it though, haha.
 
@Chris Davies made so many good posts on the beta forums, he had the highest XP - more than I did in FIFA 21, but who's counting...

There are going to be issues, and honestly all we can do is just hope that someone listened to Chris and the many others that would bring up the exact same things. At least that was what we had going. I did not partake in the threads as much because I wanted Chris to be the focus - not to mention it would just be repeating what he said.

In germany snob is negativ effected as well... but the idea of being a SimSnob (like you discibed it) is growing on me. :LOL:
thats just because i think some users would put the Snobs "in boxes"/"drawer" (not sure about the english term) and as we know (better), we just love the realism but are not snobby! :)

yeah, i read a lot of his tweets and he really has a talent to be spot on! like a good spokesman for our community... even when i think he's just getting his personal opinion out (wich is similar to a lot of users here). we are family!

CONFIRMED! All Brazilian clubs in fifa 22 will have authentic kits and crests but the rosters will continue to be generic just like in previous years. The same applies to Brazilian clubs in the CONMEBOL mode! Moreover, Sport Recife & América Mineiro won't feature in-game.

good lord brings me back to playing pro clubs years ago and playing a team with 3 strikers with green hair who would spam high pressure to slow you down in possession then score the same goal over and over then celebrate with the dab i think that whole era online was the cause that thinned my hair
 
I said it before and I think it's coming to it pretty soon.
League/team licence's will be out the window ,I'm sure it's going to be player licence's in the future ,it's all individual "me me me" in football (games) nowadays.

Some people actually support players instead of teams ,and have no attention span for a full game ,so buying gold Messi for a 8 min online game doing insane tricks in ridiculous clothes/hair colours is what we're at.
 
Yes. Brasileirao shitty system players by players for every leagues. Except one or two league who doesn't agree. But leagues with big players...
I suppose it's the future, and they will kill aswell Fifpro. Don't you remember? It started with PES 6 Bundesliga, separated from Fifpro.
Fifa also purposed a deal, but Bundes accepted, and it's been 15 years ago. Still the same, they were in advance for their time.

FIFPRO and aswell i discovered MLS players association are a good alternative for every football games, that you could've edit names (FM, PES) and of course, shirt, emblem etc.
But i think things will going to be far different in the future, and not for the best. Until even Fifa won't be able to get full teams... But some will fight against it, for sure.

Can't wait for "Eredivisie Football 2025"... No joke, a football game with only player and no team is not a football game to me.
People want to play with their favorite teams like it always been. If it won't be possible, i will personnally boycott completely every football games.
Football is teams, leagues, players, Nations, Cup.
Only players? Not a football game to me, but a royal rumble. On a pitch, with footballs rules. An organisation should do something against that shit, but i don't see which one at all. At least about exclusivity. But each leagues got their rules, and linked to association (many under Fifpro btw, but like i said until when?)

Now, about the loss of Nations... It's very sad. I don't play as much with NT on Fifa as there's way too much missing, only one or two who aren't in PES (like India or Canada on previous versions)
But it's a "place" for buying players, and it bring some life on career mode. You can check results, WC winners, Euro or Africa winners cups etc.

To me, even more than UI or whatever presenations stuffs, it's VERY important to keep a "life" on a full career mode with plenty of competitions and games.
I remember spending some time to check every leagues games, internationals games, best scorers etc. every 4 or 5 games.
Or having some informations about a competition winner, best passer, MVP player...
But don't remember on the older Fifa if there was an MVP player by League, i checked manually the best ranked (not the stats overall, but the "press" giving an overall note)
Well the player of the year or top 3 is basic, golden ball etc. but i was less interested. I talk on both games about all that "off screen" stuffs who gives a big immersion in a football world.

Off topic but do you use Google Translate for your posts (like do you write them in your native language and then translate to English?)

I don’t mean offence in any way - but I have to read your posts 2 or 3 times. Maybe it’s just because I’m tired :)

Before my signature was "sorry for my english in advance" i removed it. Just read where i leave live (edited), you'll understand that i'm not a native english speaker.
I ain't talking about you mate, but in general.

I write sometimes in English, but i think in french, that's the issue. So the way i "build" some sentences could gives a weird result, not commonly used in English.
It's just that i could get better, but it's very tiring and i won't took advanced lessons just for talking with some mates on Whatsapp and posting on Evo-web :JAY:
For some type or expressions, the ones who doesn't got any similitude French vs English, i use "Reverso" (better than Google translation). I just can't found how to explain correctly if i don't have practice, by talking everyday in English about everything, or even reading every day. On my head : it's in french, i can't change it.

That's probably the reason i said some stuffs which doesn't makes sense in a full sentence. But the expression alone means something from "Reverso" at least.
I'm just not used to build sentences with a perfect english "logic"... Let's say. For example, about that post (that how we call a "message" in french on a forum, i think it's the same in english no? Because i know just some small words like this could destroy a full sentence lol) was written without any translator.

Well, i won't lie that being compared to a Google translator :(( i don't think to be that bad and confusing, haha, reaching that level of randomness in associations of words is impossible to me

Still got some big issues, with verbs, mostly vocabulary and expressions, but i think for someone who learn english by just reading series subtitles, manga in english, and others various stuffs, i'm not catastrophic.
But for example, "which" or "who" (i know it's for a person), sometimes it's a bit confusing. There's some special case i have no idea. Or on the post above, "loss/lost" i write too fast... Some word to use in some cases for having a better English sound, i got no idea, if i translate to french both are good.
Thanks for asking BTW : i will try to do better, but i was a bit angry or wanted to write as fast as i could : i got some work to release and i like to talk here (whatever i said about some posts/messages, i like here, and understand everyone position, or sadness or why they're mad etc.)

(Edit: i corrected some words, "s" added for no reason exemple > example etc. haha. But the biggest was "leave > live" i dont know what happened :LOL:)
