I've seen similar happen with a few other games, but not to this extent. The final EA MLB game was similar, so was NASCAR 2003, both due to it being the last game of an established franchise before someone else bought the rights.

Was about to buy one as i will change my old GFX card not supporting that game > so i was about to brought it at that price lol.
Price of a pizza and 2 kebab "Dürüm" type (for the fast foot with strange meat "no idea what's on it" connoisseurs)
Even if i would play more on PS5, i want to see and play mods with my own eyes. Even on 1080p.
And exports teds for PS4 version too, with converted Efootball stuffs. May save tons of time and i could remake completely the new season. Well with a weird composition like Liga MX on one side, MLS on others America...
But i don't care, there's no other new South American league and i won't, never, due to all the errors from those leagues, play an ML on that continent.

It's so cheap, that it may attract scalpers, if it's possible to resell those steam codes.

Yes it can be activated in my region... The problem isn't in the activation, it's when I finish the Payment stuff (filling the name, credit card number etc...) in the 3 step it gives me a blank page with a message that says "Access Error - Forbidden"

Maybe it's some issue with your country's banking system?
I remember after the referendum of 2015 in my country, we were under capital control, you couldn't buy a shite from outside country for a month, and even whem it was lifted, a lot of our banks were denied from international payments, even if you had mastercard or visa.
Try some paypal or revolut, or whatever shite you can workaround, in this garbage of world we live
You know, since you're on PC, I don't have knowledge, but can't you just buy from whatever region, with a VPN and a PayPal, and then install the language package you want?
Meaning that, maybe somewhere in the World, Russia, Hong Kong, Thailand, the game can be available.... Don't know, just spitting thoughts...

Since you're on PC,. I think you can play with Parsec, well technically it transfers an online friend to your couch, as if tou were in the same machine.
The only limitation, from my very short experience with it, whoever creates as Host, must be Windows 10 and above.
Me for example that I'm on Windows 7, from what i understand by reading, i can join others as client, but i can't create a room as a host.

But from what i understand, they needed the servers alive, to do some reverse engineering, and if they had some results, they would have made an announcement by now...

Hello, I have a question. From some third party apps and by steam db I can access Pes16 my club , pes 17 trial edition and pes 18 demo version. But I can't get access of pes 19 lite or demo, efootball 20 & 21 lite version. In the previous game steam cilent page will open and I can download but after pes 19 store page is opening but i can't download demo or lite version. Can anyone help me in this?

Yes in steam db I see buy restricted for the games although lite versions are free to play . I just can play kick off mode in one stadium and online server are down. So pes 16 my club and pes 17 trial versions are ironically efootball 23 with better gameplay and lots of team. Is there any Patch to play tournament or master league if possible which I can apply in pes 16 my club or in pes17 trial edition . Can anyone give me pes 21 lite in drive or mediafre link ? I am not asking for any crack , repack or pirated version just the official free to play version.

I know what you're talking about. Yes, these free versions are better than new one. But, you should have the Lite version in your steam library to play it. Otherwise, you can't play it, even if someone share it. It requires steam + verification of your library (it checks if you actually own the version in your steam library like I said).
