eFootball (All Platforms)

With exhibition mode unlock i want to give this a try. On the pc can you get the real names and emblems of the unlicensed teams? If not ill just do the xbox version.
 
This version definatelly has that PES feel and it's good to experience that after playing Fifa for few years. No matter how bad Fifa is it has some positives for sure. At the begining I experienced that I can't execute fast counter attacks becouse ball must slow with bouncing which give advantage on ai players and actually made balance.
It is good to have midfield battles but again in some ways the mechanics of the game prevent you to play the way you like. In previous PES games we have more freedom, now on manual passes I feel that passes are more on rails.
These are my first impressions, will see how it goes after few days of playing it...
 
Control is definetly much better, what i noticed konami nerfed superstar AI a bit. It plays more "human" now with passing mistake here & there. They nerfed AI dribbling & tiki taka is back on menu. Midfield is almost empty. An improved version of pes 21 gameplay, that's how i feel :CONF:

Ref still ass though. Definetly need more games to try but so far i'm dissapointed with v4.0 AI. They really need to fix the lighting, from far away it still like a mobile game but when its zoom in the graphic is good.

Speaking of does anyone still have dt270_console_all.cpk from 2022 or 2023 ?
 
After playing a couple of matches, i believe that this is too good to be left alone. I hope the game stays the same for a while. I think they are heading in the right direction now.
Also there are more options for offline players. Match time length unlocked so are all difficulties.
I just wish there would be more offline content.
Do you guys know how to play 3v3 ? Is it even worth it or all players play on assists ??
 
This gameplay is wasted on a card gambling mode. And you just know once the online people complain they'll start tweaking the gameplay to be more like FIFA again.
 
The gameplay is strong in the update, but they've broken the player goalkeepers (against the ai) to almost pes 2016 levels of shitness. I'm playing on professional as a English div 2 team (with 74 rated keeper) and conceded 11 goals in 3 games. 2 admittedly I sort of allowed as I backed off to allow the AI to attack, but it was two goals from two shots. When my keeper did save it was poor limp waisted palm always or short bounces off the legs to the opposition to score. In previous update, my last match was with the same team and keeper and I remember what an amazing game the keeper had, making amazing realistic double saves and being my personal man of the match as I won 2-0.

Anyone else noticed how poor your own keepers are against ai on the new update?
 
Why do the faces look so soft, they lack the detail PES games were known for. Caicedo looks awful 😆

Gameplay wise it's improved, but polishing a turd isn't all it's cracked up to be, gimme the single player content please.
 
I wonder what's everybody's favorite camera choice.
Sometimes I prefer dynamic wide (default parameters) and other times find Duel is best.

you're gonna be angry. it's better, slightly, but imo on superstar and above anyway it's just boring. defending I can't do as I want, as I could do in previous pes games and irl and it's automated other times. attacking is same patterns again and again so same goals etc. and players don't find space past the defensive line nearly enough.
 
new gen hair and beard (like messi & de bruyne) sometimes work sometimes not!! play with man city no new hair for KDB . but in belgium he has it!! and in Events not a single new gen hair physiq load. like messi still the old one! but he has it in exhibition match with argentina. anyone notice that ?? whats the problem

As someone who hadn't played efootball in over a year I downloaded the new update today to check it out.
Man I forgot how terrible the menu and UI is... its just like is someone had eaten a 1000 piece puzzle and then threw it up all over my screen.

Gameplay wise it doesn't feel that bad, I like the AI makes more mistakes and feels more human than Fifa, but man, same as I felt with PES 2020 and 21, I feel goals don't have any oomph. They feel all the same. And it doesn't help the goalkeepers move and float weird.

It's not bad for a free game, but after a few games I thought man I think I would rather enjoy another footy game.
Will try some more games tomorrow but don't know if it's enough to keep me interested.

Some faces look great, but the pitch looks terrible, pretty much like a ps3 game

I just want a master league with a proper youth academy system and regens. This game has a lot of modding potential.
 
I once again downloaded it yesterday to try the gameplay. Needed some time to click all these notifications away, the whole surface screams casino, awful. The gameplan screen alone is such a massive turn off for me, solely made for mobile screens. Played 3 games. Gameplay is okay for me, as someone said, like a better version of PES 2021. But it’s still nothing more than a demo for offline players, so I deleted it again. Until the next time.
 
Why is everyone silent about goalkeepers? Isn't everyone happy with this? This spoils the entire gameplay as a whole. Yes, the gameplay as a whole is not bad. But the punch animation is still bad. But goalkeepers? This is nonsense, every shot is a goal, all the joy from scoring goals is lost. Did they do this on purpose? Was it really impossible to make goalkeepers like in Pes 21, adding only a few new animations.
 
The goalkeepers def need some work but the animations i saw where nice. I play on fuma so i miss a lot of shots but i still noticed it. One huge plus is finesse shots on fuma are more accurate now. Also some nice tap in and heading animations. I miss manual shielding though. I used it a lot and now i feel like its pure randomness.
