eFootball (All Platforms)

Strict minimum is like PES 2015 (teams info, faces, stats) also kits design but can wait as there's no match with imported kits. As long as you can change collars.

It's something they can't forgot to add, with all the missing licences. PES wouldn't have survived on PS3 and PS4 without it...
PS2 on the first time we could even manually re-create emblems it was something big. And way bigger when we the editor was much advanced with logos added and offline Editor to directly take and modify image to suit.

They should (all the PES team) found another place to work and develop their talent. With more people to help them.
Not working under tyranny of some directors which are themselves pressured under other(s) big boss(es).

But "revolting against supposed authority" it's unfortunately not in japanese culture. They follow people with higher status.
Tokyo is the top city in the world regarding property, less criminality, pollution etc. from living better, following laws (they voted for having etc). it's not the theme we won't enter in political certainely not : but i truely it's linked with their behaviour and culture about working "under" a company.

Following all orders shouldn't enter in their "mind" equation : if they work too much and aren't as much paid.... There's others pretty good Gaming devs companies that would love to have people like them in their team, and restart from zero. Pretty sure Kimura didn't do shit except simple "Yes it's ok" supervision, and found ideas for his F2P game, while Seabass and Matsuda were more involved producers/developpers.

It's an under-structure, with their own perspective. If the perspective don't fit and isn't popularly accepted, it would be refused.

PES is FIFA in Asia, internationally we know that FIFA is better because EA "pays attention to the West" while in PES they do it in Asia
That's why the Japanese don't oppose Konami, they even have their Efootball-themed reality show on Youtube XD
It is a Great Pity knowing the Potential that PES / Efootball has in the mud because of a Mediocre Company

If you saw a way to maximize profits without hiring a big team of devs to make your games have more depth, you would do it too. That's the mentality of Coinami atm.

They've already persuaded some of the older pes heads to buy into dream team, so they know what they are doing is working.

I can't remember the last time I even saw a diving header in PES....

I meant it more in terms of surprising situations, crappy goals, deflections and so on. Back then, PES was known for the fact that no two goals were alike. I personally felt that this was gone in the last iterations and that it's back in eFootball now.
Crikey...funnily enough after I posted about diving headers in efootball. Jesus scored one against me today. Superstar offline match.

Hi im eFootball v2.0 and I still dont reward playing football like v1.0, I just roll the dice and hand out wins and stupid goals.View attachment 176287
Honest quesstion: why do you still play the game? every post by you is either that everyone is cheating and you are reporting everyone, that the game cheats you out of wins etc. If I would have that experience, I would either a) ask myself if maybe it is not all cheaters and maybe I need to change my gameplay style or if it is not that b) ask myself why I am wasting my time with something I don't enjoy and move on to something more fun.

Why people go to work if they hate working?

Because they get paid. Do you get paid for playing E-Football?

And if so: no other video game available that you could enjoy and make money?

Thank you, but you dont worry about how i spend my free time :LMAO:
When i was rightfully praising some aspects of V1.0 people where jumping at my throat "how dare i".
When im rightuflly bashing some aspects of V2.0 people are jumping at my throat "to go play something else".

It is more that your constant: look cheaters, look I lost again-spamming of this thread gets kind of annoying.

We got it after your first 50 posts. Everyone you lose against is cheater and you report them to Konami. No need to repeat it every day.

It's a mini-Edit mode, not the full blown one. Also, it's been present since 0.9:

Can you imagine how perception of the game might change if they had a real edit mode and all teams. I think they would be a competitor this year.

I still believe with their current strategy they run into problems especially since people who played from last year have maxed out teams and no reason to pay.

If you so annoyed by it why do u read it? Why dont you read something else? See it wasnt an honest question from you after all🙃
And ill keep posting my impressions on the game on a basis how i prefer. If the mods find it to be against the forum rules im sure they will deal with it.

Which borken assistance level are you playing on?

Level 1? - Just no, thats a completely different game.
Level 2? - It gives a sense of freedom in passing but at a certain distance it becomes Level 1 and it takes ages to perform a pass.
Level 3? - "Accurate" but every pass goes at the opposition feet.
Level 4? - Thats toddler assistance level. (Should be playing on this as all legend team abusers)

Uhm... you have your levels reversed, mate. Level 4 is full manual passing.

Tell me this, out of curiosity - is eFootball cross platform?
Can you play against mobile players on Xbox X/PS5?
Or can Xbox X/PS5 play together?

But you lost 0-1.
LOST.

Not for Mobile (that's 100% sure) they given up about the cross-mobile project, said in an small Q/A. Not compatible, and probably never, Mobile players will got to stay with a game even worst than PESMOBILE in gameplay... But they found something else to attract "mobile gamers" (ffs i didn't think i would say that term in my whole life)

The game is looking like a port from Arcade to 8 bits, but miss tons of controls, animations, 30 fps dropping etc.

Like @klashman69 said in a post : good or bad game regarding balance or choices, there's too much variations regarding physics, controls, R2 hypersensibility aswell as Analog stick, animations etc. physics. Except that the ball don't have rhythm variation and it's the "game killer" for many of us, there's variety in trajectory and stats seems pretty important. I'm allergic to the stats and gameplan presentation, it's too small, so for that i just report : not tested myself differences.
Sorry for the O.T. mate.

>

Probably they given up about the cross-platform console vs mobile as the game was too different and too long, hard to decrease the game to mobile level.
When you see both, you understand it was their intentention in august 2021.
So the only good decision is that separation, same as they did with PESMOBILE, but presentation and all are awfully the same with different placements : PESMOBILE got also the same presentation as original PES. Just character and positionning bigger. The presentation design is just shit, not because of mobile. Because the guy(s) behind is/are very bad.

I used it for building my J-League (stats > advanced check, that's all) : i never played anything else seriously Angry bird 7 years ago lol.

But about PC/PS4/PS5/X or S box... There's no mention about it. I'm also asking the same question, perhaps Klashy or one Pesuni could answer it : needs a second notification @klashman69 read the post i quoted, if you got info about it... Thanks.

My opinion: not impossible, even if i think the PS5 version looks a bit smoother in animations transitions etc. and seems overall less weird/laggy to play than on PC, okay on PRO for the feedbacks : and i play offline only.
Don't think it really affect gameplay, but visual experience/feeling. Also colors seems more washed out, i tried 3 (4 with mobile but it doesn't count. Laughable. Only graphims and basic animations are similar in the big line. Controls are cut in more than half.)

Playing EF2023, the big thing that was fixed in 2.0:

- Keeper Exits. No longer legally blind and completely useless when exiting. Still not perfect but it's night and day.

The big thing that is still not fixed:

- Player switching, especially when returning the ball to the keeper on manual controls:

But overall, a more enjoyable experience compared to 1.x.

Thats what I was wondering, coz I remember that they had a plan to cross platform everything.
Which brought back a question how do you manage matching gameplay with different set of controls.
After my post I did a little search and saw that they are still planning cross platform everything else, which makes sense.

But during my search I stumbled upon another thing. I saw that they are planning to release/unlock more teams, but as a paid DLC. And then they want to add Master League as another paid DLC.
I hope that they wont start milking you guys, asking to pay separately for all sorts of random additions, so you dont end up paying fortune just to get a full experience of offline modes.
