eFootball (All Platforms)

Not sure what to do now. Try and play fifa 22 or stick with pes 2021 over 500 games played on that. I don't see efootball becoming a full game for some time yet unfortunately.. If ever.
 
I know guys you love this saga so much but its time to think to quit this saga, its more than obviously this game will never be next gen due to mobile and its more than obviously konami cares more about their millions mobiles players than their hundred thousand players on pc and consoles, right now konami cares more about a japanese player playing 5 mins on efootball mobile on tokyo underground than you who are playing in a next gen console or ultra gaming pc in his home for 3 hours - 4 hours. Just accept it and quit since we are not the aiming for konami anymore and we were not the aiming for many years, we are not the future, but mobile.

Well, it's a pre demo and the Mobile version is awful in comparison, even if both are in a Beta state.

I personnally forgive that game but i got much more hope than his concurrent who found his way and won't never change it whatever it cost. Efootball is much more righter in terms of football logic, as awful it can be online with delay and lag.

I won't like, i kinda liked the 1.00 and 1.0.2 when i hated the other full game. As a direction took. And sorry, both are nowhere as NG, but more or less PS4 Pro games.
The issues is even if it's improve, offline question/answers from the producer are very "online only/no idea about offline". That doesn't mean a team isn't working on offline mode, like they said in a old tweet for ML.
But right now, there's no proof of anything. And the game is in a beta state (good for a beta i should admit) but people see it as a full game.
It won't be a complete game in terms of gameplay before at least april 2024 lol.

But when i saw what they did between 0.9.1 and 1.00... I really believe they're fast. And yes, mobile is their main concern, but that doesn't mean they don't want to make a come back or improve the PS5/Serie X versions. Looking at the Mobile versions, it's even shittier than the 0.9.1, and you got at least 20 features in less than the consoles... So saying that console/pc are a mobile game, no way. Except if you got an analogic button on your Smartphone ;)

Well, my real ideal much much more than Efootball improving at 95% is that the PES Production is brought by another company to remake the game with everything included, and recreate a REAL PES.... But it's a fantasm, and don't think it will happen one day.

FIFA22 is an abomination before the Lord. Up until the first handful of patches, the gameplay was smooth if not unrealistic but now it’s jerky ice-skating with terrible gameplay. On any difficulty level, <5 passes will get you in a scoring position almost every time. The sliders are a joke because each tweek screws up everything else in terms of balance. Imagine a game so fucked you have to change the speed of the ball rather than the overall gameplay. At least with PES 21 you have a finished game with solid ball physics and decent gameplay. FIFA 22 is just counter attack Vs. counter attack to finish with basketball scores.

They're both Ying & Yang for me, PES has fantastic ball physics and presentation but the mechanics have been butchered post 2020 and the AI has about as much intelligence as a puppy thrown at a wall at birth and the responsiveness of a tank on ice.

FIFA is fluid as silk and a zippy pleasure to play and as a package is a premium dream but the fundamentals of football regarding team shape and above all defending as a unit is absurdity of the highest order.

I wish one game was shaped in a way it could penetratrate the other disc through the hole in the middle and breed the purest, master football offspring, taking the best parts of both parents and discarding the sins of the father and thr inferiority of the mother.

But no instead we have more parasitic F2P offspring promising to boldy change the world but they've gone exctinct as quickly as they came and trended on Twitter for 48 hours.

Maybe if they didn't blow they're budget on asking Ronaldo for a quick plug like it'd fool us and spent it on resources for a better game there might have been a tiny chance of a footballing renaissance. More chance of Michael Jackson playing for Barcelona at this rate.
 
Put eFootball on last night to check for new kits after the last update, of course none added. Had a wee trial match and switch it off before the game was finished. Went to Fifa 22 straight after, noticed it was perhaps a little slower than eFootball (sliders and game speed on slow) & played the whole thing, despite the annoyance at the ref giving a stupid penalty to the ai. You know something is wrong when Fifa is the better game. Don't think eFootball is far away, but until all teams and difficulties are added via a paid DLC or something, I am not touching it until then tbh.

It's ironic that it's d*ck jokes keeping the thread alive, considering the people who make the game
 
The big difference between FIFA and Efootball is the price. Obviously, for $60 (minimum) you can expect more content, licences etc. in FIFA. In terms of gameplay the difference isn’t that obvious though.
The same applies for PES vs Efootball…

Plays different. it’s faster, not as sluggish anymore. Inertia is still there. Will test more.

I haven't played a game of FIFA 22 where I haven't had 30+ shots per game. There's no midfield. 4-5 passes will put you in a shooting position almost every time and I play FUMA. Short of screwing with the sliders and making the game even more unrealistic in terms of player/ball speeds/accuracy, there's little difference tactically in playing basketball than FIFA. It's just designed for FUT players to score triple-hat-tricks with Messi.

Funny you say that, as I tried semi shooting last night & hammered NI 8-0. I may well have to try FUMA again. Or edit sliders somehow

Version pure Reality: The direction was clear, and the last 2 years is more clear than ever. The few of people that convereted from offline and other modes, 11vs11, Online Divisions, Online FuMa leagues, etc, to the new My Dream Team Club, are welcome to the new reality and make KONAMI white collars very happy. The rest of you (us) are still just an annoying problem, that must be converted to the cash cow, or get out of the franchise.

I mean, just look at the past production circles. KONAMI was never famous for listening the proper feedback, but there was always some kind of interactions. Pre-release announcement, Demo, feedback, 1st day launch, feedback, 1st monster patch, feedback. Next monster patches that fixed or destroyed the games.

Even if they were not giving the proper focus to the communities, there was a pseudo-interaction between the company and the consumers. Name it physical copies sales, name it feedback , name it moaning in social media. There was action and reaction.

The last year, everything is being done in shadows. ONLINE BEST SERVER CONNECTIVITY STRESS Test, finally the BETA was for the "retail product" and not just a stress-test, then a shady final-first-complete-alpha-beta-gamma version, that was only a 0.9.1 out of their call, than they delayed the final/first/full release, again their pick, then they add (NOT) content every now and then, whenever they want, without a clear plan or roadmap, etc, etc, etc...

I am really tired of myslef, cause i am typing alsways the same words.

Let me just make you some quick and simple questions. It is 25 July now (i hope so). Do you know how many fine-tune updates are they planning to make to the game? And until when? Is there any plan? What's the direction? Will it be crossplay compatible with mobile platforms?

I can't answer anything of the above. The only message i recieve, is join in and spend yo money in My Dream Team... nothing more than this..... What did you say??? Coop? Online Divisions? 11vs11? Master League, Exhibition match with all teams unlocked???? screw you proles....
