Arms seem smaller to be honest, currently in eFootball all players look like they have been abusing the gym

Konami has been very inconsistence with player body models over the years. With older titles i.e. PES 12 the players had large calves and rare ends. Throughout the later titles PES 17-21 the body models have changed from bigger built to slimmer figures. FIFA's models aren't perfect but at least there's various models for each player and it don't change every year.

Are you referring to cloth physics? If so, that's not what I'm talking about here. I'm talking about how the kits look really stiff even in a still image, like they're made of some hard plastic.

Reminds me of the older PES like PES 10-13, the kits looked like it was made with playdough rather than cloth.

It's really a discussion for "when you have nothing to talk about (the game)", well, it's kinda normal.
Because we here, as long time Evo members, in the current (?) state of the game or what they purposed with EF2022, don't care at all about clothes stuffs, even models, it's always been Konami strong point so. Even graphics like lighting etc.. Personnally i'm good with it.

When/IF the game will be operational and at least good as a basis, we may perhaps talk about those details, but now...

The only conclusion i got with that pic, is that they're changing the game and continue their work. And i won't lie, it makes me happy they didn't completely abandon it.
Not important neither, but i hope, just for the sake of "selling" the game, that they will change the name, or get back to PES... Or PEF (Pro Evolution Football)

that really whats needed 🤣🤣 thats like getting new weapon skins on another game.

The only way we'll get what we want from a football game again will be if the community - or someone with a similar mindset - makes it. I wouldn't predict a decent football game coming from Konami or EA ever again. Like @vialli82 said earlier, we're having to make up things to talk about when it comes to eFootball, because there really isn't anything to talk about. It's a dead game.

Well i prefers no words AT ALL from Konami and something playable at the end, than all the bullshit promo they did for Efootball 2022 following the biggest failure i never see for a game...
But i just hope Efootball 2022 is dead for real. And it's another PES/Game name. Let's hope there's still at least a future playable football game, rather than a cancelled one.

My prediction is we will see pes again for the 2024 version, konami have been polishing a turd for a release at the end of may with eccyfooty 22 and have spent too much time on it to produce a 23 version so when they see it has bombed out they will go back to basics at the end of 22 and start on pes 2024 👍🏻and it will be better than pes21 or eccyfooty because it has to be

Why would they do that, there's more money in having an average X platform game than there is on a next gen single player/ my club game. Efootball 22 doesnt have to be amazing to generate a ton of profit

For sure i don't see them giving up. PES is a "brand" and it's not in japanese mentality to abandon. They will made something i never got any doubt about it.
To me, it's more a matter of "how long for".
We got a... Proof that they're working on a football game, if that picture is really coming from EF-PES (it looked at first from a Fifa picture but well)

@lucagian don't misunderstood mate, we were more having a bit of fun about the situation, as there's no more words from Konami about any game as everyone got to "create" something talk, than the fact that people discuss about something (let's admit it) with no importance.
Like you said, it's a forum and it's we're here to discuss, or debate on everything/anything. Important or not, related to the thread.

I do not understand this move by konami, if they are focusing efootball for online, for what to waste their money with partnerships like this one? If would be a ML and with a big team I understand but a team from second division in italy with all the focus for online and creative team for what? and just to bring some faces why? It sucks all coming from konami seriously every decision is worse

Has there been any patches and or improvements since then? Is the game still a horror to play or worth an investment now? is the league mode even available to buy yet?

Thanks, was it for gameplay or graphics? I just played it again and it seemed much better, still clunky, the player turn criminally slow but the models and animations looked much improved.
