eFootball (All Platforms)

I report what i said from a Data Editor, working from data on 2 full leagues on Konami, i won't say his name i don't want him to got probelme. And another guy too who talked every week to Konami.
Isn't that sufficient?

There's difference about posting speculation on a forum when you're a random person, than when you're a Youtuber with plenty of follower on twitter.
He seemed to agreed with me so...
You don't know me. It's not because i'm not on social medial and try to make a name or whatever that i don't know jack. I worked 2 years with Pesuniverse, and was close to Konami and Data editors.

Didn't readed the rest as right now i just have 10 minutes fast to post and go. Answer if you want, but you can't deny what i said. The_Knight and Durandil agreed so... There's a part of speculation that i admit it is (but not what i posted on that particular post, only here, when we're all talking), and real thing i just relay.
Don't gives me lessons without having a clue please. And my fault to wrote long post, but try to read carefully before saying stuffs. Did you saw my first post talking about it (exactly the same as the first Knight tweet)?

It's because those relay cames from me that i warned him to not hire conclusions and speculate about it on twitter, as a public person. So, for his own good.

Great, this it what is needed, for them to feel it where it hurts the most , their POCKETS. Hope it keeps going down, so that they can at least understand that this is not the way.
I can't see how they can survive this as a football game developer. The reputational damage will be enough without even considering the financial implications for the eFootball team. I can't see anyway that this isn't the end of the series.

That what we said since before the release, if they send a very bad stuff, people won't get interested by the update. They wil completely lost people interest.

As i've heard Cyberpunk is now a good game and playable. I gived up and forged about the game in any form after they failed.
I just don't want to play or buy it on PS5 or any console, from what i've read. It's miles behind GTA5 even updated whatever so...

About modes and all i prefers to keep some reserves. But editing and creating missing league (or your own country league) i don't think it will be possible anymore.

Edit: Durandil have misuntersood. He said i traduct "There's fakes info on this. the game wasn't build on Mobile port at all i have proof of that. I will show the proof."

The_Knight said it as a speculation once, and i told that it's not at all possible to have that game on Mobile. But on his twitter, also a something he guessed.

But that's another story thing he relayed has NOTHING to do with it @Durandil67 you're misunderstood with what @The_Knight said before. If you want to talk in french, my PM is open and i'll explain you in french.
so mate you believe that no more PES LEAGUE to create teams from scratch?
so do not evolute my convertion from FM2PES tool?

I don't believe, to be honest, at all.
No fakes teams (i mean no teams with fakes players), no new system of database (same as last year without those teams), more online focused.
No fakes NT as there's fakes players on it anymore etc.

The only way is to made a "create a team/league" mode. Do you sincerely see that coming?
Even in a late future? Me no.

But i'm not Nostradamus.

In all bad decisions they made, at least they did one thing right. They didn’t call this monstrosity PES, instead they renamed it Efootball.

That can help them if down the road they decide to do what’s right. Kill this aberration and do a reboot of the series and rename it PES again.

The Efootball name is tarnished, and let’s not lie to ourselves. This game will never recover from this. We have seen it with Cyberpunk, and better yet we seen it with no man’s sky. The last one actually reached the level it promissed after years of patches, but the damaged was done form the disastrous release and it never recuperated from that.

This is already one of the biggest gaming disasters in recent memory. It’s so bad that it reached media journalism beyond gaming outlets.

You can’t recover from something like this, it simply isn’t realistically possible. At present state, the game needs at least one or two years of solid development so it can reach a decent state. It’s too much time.

The fact that Konami believe they will solve the game problems by October with a patch…they should brace themselves, because it’s another PR nightmare waiting to blow up.

no i am not sy that . but if you have "inside" info?
no i believe that cause the target group is mobile users then is not functional an edit mode .
in conclusion without any knowledge.

No i gotted the two last year. Not anymore, i'm not in contact with the data editor (he left editing) and neither Pesuniverse (i left them).
So i don't have anything regarding inside except what i said from what happenned with Kimura and some details like stats limitation BUT from PES 2017 Tto 2021 as i posted etc.
Not valid anymore mate. It's a different rating system now.

Guys look at what I found in the game files. You can see it for yourself with Unreal Engine viewer, path is "Game\Assets\ui\Widget\Provisional\Title"

Please tell me that's real.

Cos if I'm reading your post correctly, you're telling me that's real.

And if that's real, that is absolutely hilarious.

Yeah it's real, you can check it out yourself if you have the time. I also found the new football game title screen, and it is named as "Title_Alpha" so the performance test was the "alpha" version of the game.

This is 100% real. Saw this on Twitter too. Somebody else posted this already. It is real. My theory is, the concept maker told them to use this as a model main screen for PES 2022, not eFootball. I mean, look at that color scheme. It's neither PES 2020 nor PES 2021. But Bayern Munich's combo but different. So, they actually planned that color scheme for PES 2022, not eFootball. So, some idiot accidentally or actually placed it in the assets for taking it as an idea for the new base screen. That's it.

Konami are getting rightfully bashed from every angle at the moment and deservedly so. One excuse which is piss poor is Covid. You're telling me this is the only bunch of fucking computer nerds in the world who don't have computers at home?!?! Every other software house managed the problem and in countries that had far more strict lockdowns and controls than Japan.

Pretty sure, other than those legends on here who do their modding at their regular jobs because they have the same monitoring as Jeffrey Epstein in prison, that most patch makers do their work at home in addition to their regular jobs, school, etc. and they're unpaid and create beautiful work. They test and test to iron our bugs because even in the relatively small patching community, they care about the quality of their work and the impression it makes - FOR FREE!

Konami can suck a giraffe dick because there is literally no excuse for this bullshit. Fuck who was in charge, who changed roles, timelines, etc. This is possibly the biggest failure to launch in software industry ever and the blame lays 100% with Konami, not Covid, etc.

I'll always love Konami for the work they did in the past but it's like a bad girlfriend/wife, you don't continue being with them once they've shagged the rest of the neighborhood however good that vacation is you had together 15 years ago. She might get a drunk text but she's not getting any more money :LMAO:

From the moment that Shingo "Seabass" Takatsuka left the direction of PES the franchise went downhill.
For the almost 6th time i said it : he never directed PES.
His job was to focus on ball physics. It's the most known guy from PES as at the time, the most impressive stuff was ball physics.
And he helped a lot. But there's wasn't any boss, or it was someone else. I said it clearly.

So why his name was always a highlight in PS2 PES? He also made the interviews and he won a BAFTA.

All you have to do is check the credits for the games. What you're saying is patently nonsense and false.

Because he was the "idea guy". Not the boss, and as the ball is linked with everything, well he was a bit linked with every departement of the game.
He told clearly with humility "oh no, my focus is ball physics, i'm not in direction" that all i remember from what he said.
I was also a bit astonished about it. I don't even think there was a real boss, as Konami at the time with MGS and all was more free, linked together, a way better overall company, more freedom and pleasure to create games etc.

Oh my god.

To think that this game could have been another PES and not eFootball BS is just giving me pain.

I assure you that's the thruth. Do you know "Kaiwai" from WeArePes from the time? we gotted translation of interview and all.
Perhaps he was the boss for some version, but he denied it when he was interviewed.

So what's everyone doing? Continue with pes 2021 with a newer OF, Fifa 22 or forgetting about playing football games altogether?

Hey, talk to me in another tone. I done much more than you know from the community, a little respect isn't too much to ask.

He said it, perhaps they decided to put his name as a director. Perhaps on others version.

But it was the thruth that his main job was BALL PHYSICS. I also considered him as the Director at the time.
From i don't know which version. He denied that he worked on something else that ball physics for 100% sure.

So what's everyone doing? Continue with pes 2021 with a newer OF, Fifa 22 or forgetting about playing football games altogether?
Tried FIFA 22 with Gamepass Ultimate on Xbox Series X. It's pretty bad. Had to use sliders before it became even remotely enjoyable.
Hypermotion fixed none of the issues I have with the game, players still move unrealistically, still turn on a dime, game still feels very arcade. Through balls continue to be very overpowered. At least the shooting feels OKish.

Will continue to play the PS2/PS1 Pro Evo games as I get a lot of enjoyment out of those instead. Maybe some PES 2021 here and there even if the game is heavily scripted.
